Easily the best spot for tacos in the area. I got the carne asada, the pollo, and the adobada. All of them were delicious. Very reasonably priced and incredible flavor. The shack next to the truck has heating and seating so you can eat there. Definitely coming back here when I want some tacos.

Really really good, I took a bite and instantly felt the flavor.. both the Asada and Adobada where really good, would definitely return to taste more items and other meat.
Their horchata was really sweet but it was also really good.

Got asada tacos and horchata. My tacos were juicy, and really delicious. I ordered extra salsa but they didn’t give me it. Other than that, I highly recommend for quick delicious food. They also have a indoor seating area which is cool

We ordered a variety of tacos, including carnitas, asada, lengua (tongue), and buche (stomach). Highly recommend the lengua tacos, well-seasoned. I tried buche for the first time and though I like the chewy/spongy texture, it was a bit bland for my preference. We also had birria quesadillas and those were delicious. Tried one of their dessert (gelatina de mosaico) and it was a decent fruit-flavored and milk jello– refreshing, creamy, and not too sweet. For the price of $2.5/tacos we’ll definitely come back. Great customer services. They have an outdoor patio for dining in. Pretty clean and there are also cleaning sprays for self-service. Another plus is they have a hand washing station with soap

First meal of our trip was at El Taco Maestro. It’s a food truck with a sheltered hut to sit in.
Service was quick and friendly. Despite the line of customers, our food was ready in less than 10 minutes. One of the few places where all their meats are the same price.
– 6x Tacos ($2.50 USD) – two lengua, asada, al pastor, carnitas and cabeza. Good portion of meat in each taco. Favourite was the beef tongue (tender and moist).
– 2x Tamales ($3.00 USD) – nicely sized tamales. The chicken was the better of the two. Pork was a touch on the dry side.
Pleased with the food at ETM. Would happily come back for more.

Very good asada tacos with good flavor of the meat and generous portion. Torta was excellent as well. Salsa’s are super good and nice spice. The pricing is very affordable and definitely worth the price. Probably my favorite taco truck around so far for sure.

WOW! Hands-down THE BEST taco truck around! The food is SO flavorful! And the sauces aren’t too mild or spicy! The beef in my tostada was moist. I loved the amount of veggies they used. A big tomato, avocado slice, and even included a lime for additional flavoring Also, they offer rice and beans as a side which other taco trucks lack.
There’s a huge selection of drinks and little snacks…
And also, they have a hand-washing station and aren’t so stingy that they leave Clorox wipes out for customers to wipe down their tables for dining. Thank you!
The service was great too! It was fast despite showing up 20 minutes before close. The cashier never made us feel like an inconvenience.
We are happy customers! This place will be our new go-to!
¡Gracias El Taco Maestro!

When taco trucks are a dime a dozen you can afford to be picky, and I am. ETM is top of the “Aurora strip taco trucks” list for me (I haven’t been to them all by any means, so take that with a grain of salt). Still, that says something.
Why:
1. Authentic carnitas are spit roasted with that signature crispiness that I’ve been craving ever since my first *real* Mexican street taco. They are closer to that than the others.
2. Heated shed and covered seating. The space isn’t big, but in WA this is a big deal.
3. Excellent parking. They’ve got to be the envy of every taco truck owner. Lots of parking space, easy drive-up access, and you can wait in your car until your order’s ready and not be too far away to hear them when they call.
4. Obv. like most taco truck workers, they’re kind and provide excellent service. I have NEVER had a complaint.

Delicious! We recently moved from Dallas, TX where you can get street tacos anywhere and everywhere and we had some top spots!
This place had AMAZING Asada tacos! Great service! Fast and piping hot. They served the tacos on corn tortillas that were perfectly cooked and not breaking or cracking.
Served with cilantro, onions, and lime to top. As well as 2 salsas, grilled onions, grilled Serrano and radish’s.
Priced well at $2.50 a taco! We ordered 8 and demolished them.
There’s a few tables of covered seating for any time of year weather (rain or shine).

This place has some of the BEST tacos in the whole region. It’s hard to find a really good authentic place. In addition to the amazing quality and ACTUALLY spicy salsa, they are super affordable too! I love this place and always want to come here when I’m this far North!
