Awesome little taqueria tucked away in East Plano. Interior is pretty small with only a few tables and parking is limited but it’s worth it. They have a huge menu of tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, gorditas, and everything.
I got the cachete (beef cheek), lengua (beef tongue), and crispy tripa (intestines). They were all delicious and tasted fresh. It also came with spicy charro beans, grilled onions, grilled jalapeño, and sliced radishes which is nice. A place is authentic when they have all this and I always order lengua when I see it. The tacos are a little on the small side. I got 5 tacos which normally fills me up but I could’ve eaten a few more.
Salsas were great. Thought the green cream salsa was pretty balanced and is normally more spicy but here the red salsa I thought was spicier. Horchata was also very smooth and not watery. All in all a great local taqueria and definitely one I’ll be back to.

Found amazing street tacos ! Definitely a must, food was tasty, tacos were fresh and price was reasonable. Spent 35 dollars for 3 people in this economy its a bargain. I will be coming back.
Place is small but clean, parking is tricky.

We came here for our anniversary, that’s how much we love it.
Incredibly helpful staff. I showed them a photo from a different review and they helped me order it.
The food was so incredibly hot and fresh, not to mention being mind blowingly delicious. We were even given complimentary soup that we loved, despite not being soup people.
Thanks for a delicious meal!

Yeah this place is legit. I went in for breakfast. First- as other reviews say, it is spotlessly clean inside. A little bit of a language barrier but my terrible Spanish got me through. Order was made perfectly. Four breakfast tacos and a breakfast burrito for less than $20. Food was delicious- the chorizo was not greasy at all! Pro-tip the tacos were HUGE- almost as big as the burrito. The red and green sauces were so friggin spicy but so tasty. The chorizo is great but the bacon they use is spectacular. Highly highly recommend for breakfast at least. Will def be back.

I came here today to order four steak tacos on a to go order. The cost was $8.80. I was generous and tipped $3 , which is well over 20%, just for a to go order. I didn’t have to do that but I did. As I was getting ready to leave, since they only gave me 2 salsas, I asked if I could have an extra one….. and the girl looks at me and says it’s 50 cents each and told the guy not to add any extra salsas for me.
My thing is, use your head and learn some generosity. I didn’t have to tip you $3 on a $8 order. Don’t try and get technical with me. Plus the tacos sucked, never coming back here again simply due to customer service.

Great experience. Tacos are absolutely incredible. I got the burrito and my friend got the flautas. Everything was so delicious. I would totally come back. Only problem is parking, but other than that it is a great experience. The horchata is good as well! I would recommended their bistec burrito!

My wife is Mexican American, and we both love Mexican street food. We like to find places with good value for great food, small businesses and food trucks, and this is a shining example of one such place.
We’ve tried their Tacos, Torta, Mexican Cheeseburger, and Gordita. All of them are delicious, really delicious. We’ve now gotten them multiple times over the last week and every time we enjoy the food. The menu is in Spanish, the staff only speak Spanish, and it’s a very small business of hardworking people making good food that I’m happy to support. Highly recommend.

Stopped by Elena’s Tacos late at night and enjoyed a delicious bistec burrito and suadero taco. Both were flavorful and a great value. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. If you’re in Plano, definitely try Elena’s!

This tiny little restaurant is a real hidden gem. It’s in the hood but these are the best places. It has about 4 tables inside so during peak times you’re going to want to order to go. The food was incredible. Starting with the piping hot spicy charro beans. These were so good I had to jack half of my wife’s. We had a super yummy large agua de melon $7 and a regular $3.50. Highly recommend. My order consisted of 2 fajita tacos, cachete taco ($2.05 each) and 2 lengua tacos ($2.75 each) my wife had 2 tacos de carnitas and 2 tacos de fajita ($2.05 each) All of the meats were well seasoned and everything tasted fresh. I had never had cachete and I really enjoyed it. The green salsa was on point and the red one wasn’t too overpowering like at some other places. You want some excellent food for an incredible value this is the place especially since almost everywhere else $3 tacos are the norm.
