This place is sooo good! Truly authentic Mexican food with a choice of 3 different delicious hot sauces and a green sauce that’s amazing as well. I get the 4 Mexican flautas. The cotija cheese on them is perfect. ❤️ The watermelon drink is a delicious and refreshing complement.

Decided to try the food out since ratings were good so I went in there with high expectations. First The food has no flavor. I ordered 2 grilled cheese, 4 tacos, and a side of rice and beans. It was more than $50 and I don’t mind paying it, but the food was really bad. The rice wasn’t well cooked, had very little flavor & it was hard. The birria grilled cheese tasted sweet like a syrup or cinnamon taste that definitely didnt help at all. The tacos had no flavor as well. I asked for extra sauce they charged me for it and they didn’t even put it in the bag until I asked about them when I got there. They made sure they charged me extra but didn’t make sure the sauces were in there. When I was on the phone they were rude and hung up before I could even finish talking. When I went to go pick up my food, one of the girls there had an attitude. We all pay to have good food as promoted and good service as well, I don’t recommend this place at all.

Best Mexican food I’ve had in Peoria. The tostadas are topped with a crazy amount of stuff. The tacos are incredible. Don’t forget to try the flaming hot elote! It’s to die for. Everything I’ve had from this place has blown my mind.

I opened google to leave a review immediately while I’m still in my car. My first time having birria, they hooked them up so fat and they were one of the best things I’ve eaten in so long! I ordered the birria ramen also and it was good but the tacos stole the show. GET THEM!!!!!! Can’t wait to come back here.

Ordered tacos online through the website for pickup. I got there about 10 mins before they were supposed to be ready. There were at least 20 people waiting, being helped, or eating. The staff was working hard, they were very kind, and they checked my order to make sure it was complete. I will definitely be back! Everything was delicious! If you want great Mexican food, go to El Taco Loco!!!

We moved to Peoria adter 15 years in south Texas. The carnita street tacos are as good as any TexMex I’ve had. Love the addition of radishes for local produce. Looking forward to other dishes. Tidy and clean too!
