Passing by I saw this cool looking place and decided to stop. Glad I did. The al fresco vibe was peak, the food absolutely delicious and the service friendly.
Now, as the pictures show, you order from the food truck, they’ll give you a little pager and you find your seat in the repurposed mechanics garage. It’s a really good use of the space.
After a couple minutes, the foods ready and it did not last that long as I INHALED it, it was that good.
I ordered a burrito and quesadillas for $16 total the price for what you get far exceeds any chain restaurant or independent shop.
Again, delicious and filling.
I was fortunate enough to stumble upon this place with it being open on a Sunday. I recommend you make the trip with purpose, you won’t be disappointed.

So good!!!!! Stopped here and was a little skeptical but they did not disappoint. I got the carne asada street tacos and the flavor was incredible. Cool concept with it being a taco truck and using an old car garage as seating. They are cash only though!!!!

Great food truck tacos! Neat atmosphere with the converted quick lube building as the dining area. Ordered the quesabirria tacos…they were delicious. Sauces were flavorful and the roasted jalapeño was SPICY. Got there just before closing and still had a nice, fresh, well made meal. Definitely recommend if you are looking for tasty food truck tacos!

12/2025 update! Now they have Tamales! Yum my favorite and they are Good. I’m picky. These are flavorful and meaty. I ordered my plain. They come as a meal with beans, rice and sour cream.
Hands-down, Taco Loco has the best street tacos in Guthrie. I have tried all the Mexican restaurants and although I love Senior Lopez, their tacos are nothing compared to Taco Loco. I even checked out the new guy, Papa’s Tacos. Sorry papa, your tacos don’t stand up. Taco Loco has the best flavor, they lightly toast their tortillas and you always get service with a smile.
