I did not expect the tacos to hit this good! I got the tripa tacos with corn tortillas and everything on it. The tacos are $3.99 each but they really pack it with a lot of meat so it’s well worth it and they are delicious! It came with shredded cheese, lettuce, avocado, crema, cilantro, and onion. It was like a mini quesadilla. Server who was also the cook was very attentive and helpful. Comes w/ green salsa and red salsa. They taste as good as the tacos from Mexico, if not better since they’re bigger This is inside a Mexican market and there’s no seating areas btw.

It’s a shame to go to Taco Loco, to get Caldo de Res and I took it to go!
When I get home and I was going to have dinner I noticed my tortillas were so old and stale…I spent $35 for some stale tack and Caldo de Res. I wish I would have seen it there, but I took it to go. First and last time I got here.

I got 3 steak tacos and equites and a roasted jalapeño and it was fantastic. Soft corn shells, roasted but not mushy jalapeño, good quality steak, will definitely be back

Excellent service! Speedy, friendly, welcoming staff & the FRESHEST tacos! Very generous portions as well! The amount of steak on my taco had me floored. Everything was so well seasoned, I’ll be back SOON.

The Lomo and Arrachera Tacos were absolutely delicious! Very impressed with how they were prepared. The young lady who waited on us was very friendly and only spoke Spanish. Great little place if you want really good food. All of us had taco and were not disappointed. The only 2 things I didn’t care for was 1. The tacos were $4 each. Way too much compared to almost every other taqueria I’ve been to. For the meats I had maybe but not asada, carnitas, etc. 2. They were out of birria, pastor and a couple other items we wanted. An item I get but multiple is frustrating. May be a supply issue so not too upset but maybe put out a sign or something of what you’re out of. Posting an updated menu as the ones on here have tacos at 2.49 still.

Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The food was delicious and they offered some options we haven’t seen at other Mexican restaurants. I got Polo Loco and my husband got the pork cutlets (not sure of the name. The soups look delicious.

Oh my. Must try. Easily the top three places for tacos and good authentic mexican food. I have ever had. Not just in Louisville. There is a case to be made it is the best. Try the tacos, the soups, and chicharrones. Great place to pick up meat too. 10/10.
