This is my absolute favorite restaurant in town. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy, and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in the area. Taco Factory, you rock!

HOOOOOOOOLY COOOOOW!!!! BEST MEXICAN FOOD EVA!!!!! seriously. They say they’re the best in the Bay Area…..THEY ARE!!!! NO JOKE!!!! I’m super picky about my tacos….I was told about this place and the lady that served us was not kidding when she said they were the best! This is my new favorite taco place. The steak is so awesome. Not fatty, not full of gristle or fat. Not greasy at all!. And full of flavour. I had the super taco. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS…..its 2 crispy taco shells with cheese….O….M…..GAAAAAWD! ITS LIKE CRACK!!!! I’ve been there twice this week hahahahah. The salsa is absolutely amazing. I bought some to take home. The taco are huge!!! You have to try it. Please! This place makes me happy.

I Ordered, two Factory burritos, today, December 7. 1 Pastor burrito and the other Chicken burrito. The meat was super dry and super cold, been there several times and never had a problem until now. It was awful. It’s a shame when you’re paying out some good money and the expectation is to have what you pay for. I’m very disappointed with the outcome. To top it off, I left a great tip for the burritos I did not enjoyed. My recommendations are that the cook should monitor the temperature and the quality of the meat. Much appreciated!!!!

I have been here several times and I’m usually happy with the food. I always order super taco “to go”. This time it was different. When I got home my taco meat was “cold” not hot. So I took off the wrapper and I was about to put it in my microwave when I noticed something shiny in my food. I plucked it out and realized it’s a piece of metal from cleaning the grill GROSS !! I put it on top of the sauce lid so you have an idea how long the metal is.
I also noticed they now charge for chips. Before it was free and fresh. So if you get chips for free in your “to go” order it’s old and stale.

Small and Quaint, friendly service! Great tacos! We had the Super Tacos with Carnitas and Factory Taco with Lengua. Very tasty and Good! The kids burrito and small side of chili verde was tasty too.

Great flavor just the right portion of every ingredient. The salsa is delicious, the spicy is just above mild and it taste great with chips. The crispy tacos are great, as well as the burrito.

The price is not the problem, it’s the lying.
Just change the wording if that’s not what you offer.

First time coming by this place and I was a little hesitant because reviews were so mixed. Some said the tacos were not good while others said they were great. I had to try them for myself. At first I thought they were pretty pricey for a taco but still decided to order 4 of my favorite(2 lengua and 2 pastor). Let me start by saying these tacos were huge, so I only ate one of each. These tacos were so delicious Plus I paired it with their green salsa . I will definitely be back to try something new on the menu. Thank you.

I love the food here, truly authentic, fresh off the grill, really good place to get Mexican food! The first time I was there, ordered al pastor quesadilla- it was amazing! This time I decided to try the Al pastor burrito..the tables and chairs are comfy and neat, the wait time is a bit but that’s because during busy hours – there’s people there and it’s all freshly made so even the wait is a few minutes it’s not too long and it’s definitely worth it! Thank you for another great experience!
