-Super California Burrito modified 5/5 (YOU CAN TATSE THE QUALITY) This might be the Best California Burrito in the Temecula/Murrieta area. The ingredients are FRESH!! If you like cali burritos this is a MUST TRY
-Poblano Taco: comes with poblano chile (not spicy so don’t worry) and a creamy Hansel sauce 5/5
-Sonora Taco: Grilled Angus steak, guacamole, whole beans, cilantro, and onions 5/5
Atmosphere: Very clean! Nice interior
Service: Friendly & Great recommendations!

Reading the reviews about the young lady at the register here and I’m not surprised. I came in a little before 9pm on a Wednesday night. I ordered a carne asada burrito, and double checked it was all meat. The lady at the register gave me a sarcastic nod, almost condescending. No big deal, thought I was just asking a dumb question at first. Quickly realized she has no customer service skills whatsoever. I asked for some napkins, and she said she would give them to me after I received my food. She didn’t even bother to check that I had already got my food. So the cook had to hand me my napkins. Next, I was eating my burrito and she starts sweeping the rug right next to me while I was eating. (Pretty sure that’s a health hazard). To make it worse, she starts stacking chairs by my table and even wiped my table before I was done, signaling and pressuring me to leave. I wanted to wash my hands, and noticed that there was a line of people waiting. The cashier intentionally blocked the restrooms with the mop bucket to prevent from anyone going inside. Never coming back here. Spent 20 bucks on a burrito and drink. Was just trying to enjoy my late meal. That girls gotta go.

Update. It appears that management is not care of Customers either. I left my feedback on official web page with my contact details, but no reaction at all.
Do not recommend this place, since they are not aware of the meaning of the “Customer is always right”.
Original review. We arrived here as a groups of 5 familes with kids and we had high hopes for this cafe. But the service was incredibly poor. I made order specifically emphasized that it is for kids and needed to be served not hot (mild), not spice. Unfortunately, the meal (Surf&turf taco) arrived poured with spicy sous on top —the exact opposite of what I asked for. Kid rejected to it it.
What made it worse was the employee’s reaction. Rather than offering to recook the dish (fix it( or provide an alternative, they ignored my attempts to resolve the issue stating its not spicy.
Similar situation of customer orientation happened with my friend. He ordered meal for kid asking “Do not put anything on top”. Unfortunately, meal was served with veg.mix on side but with green sous on top.
Poor communication and even poorer customer service.
I wish all the best for that shift (all 3 person that night) but they should not work with customers. Assuming that washing dishes at the back of the kitchen is an appropriate location.
Owner, please contact me, since ther refused to provide their names or call supervisor. 31st of January 2026 around 6-7 pm

Luna was the first truly warm and kind experience I’ve had here in a long time. While everyone has always been friendly, she stood out in a completely different way. From the start, she was patient, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She walked me through everything with ease and helped me save money, time, and effort without me even having to ask. She even took the time to ask the manager if a substitute was possible. I would’ve ended up spending more money that honestly I don’t have this is a nice treat for myself. I’m grateful truly.
Her attention to detail and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who not only does their job well but goes above and beyond to make you feel supported. Luna is that person, and she made a huge difference in my day.
She’s an absolute asset to the team, and I’m so grateful for her help. Highly recommended!

Intrigued when they first opened. Food looked really good & my first time visiting was great. Second time “visting” a year later & their service was…honestly, not great. It looks like alot of people seem to share a similar experience. I say “visiting” because I called in & ended up deciding not order. My go-to is always a fish burrito.. how does this place have a fish taco but NOT a fish burrito?? I tried ordering online & it wasn’t on the menu. I thought “okay.. maybe it’s a mistake”. So I called in & the girl rudely states “We don’t make fish burritos”. You have a fish taco..and you’re you can’t just sub Fish in one of your burritos??? Anyways…. If not Los Jilbertos down the street on Pechanga Pkwy, Baja Catch is another amazing local Mexican Spot down Temecula Pkwy (near Walmart/Sprouts) that I HIGHLY recommend. You deserve to get what you pay for with the service to match.

Like others have said, I would like to see this new establishment succeed! Very nice, clean, and friendly atmosphere. Yanitze at the counter was very friendly and answered all my questions. I had the Taco Enchilado and Gobernador. Both very yummy! Meat/veggie/tortilla ratio was perfect and omg so cheesy! My other half had the Poblano taco and two carne asada tacos. He also agreed his food was super yummy. Also nice selection of fresh salsas. Prices are very fair. 5 speciality tacos and a drink for $33. And we were decently full. 10/10. Will definitely come back!

Came here with my children ordered tacos and two different kinds of corn. They brought out the tacos just fine but took forever to bring out the corn. When I asked them about it the lady said will be out soon they have to make it. After another ten minutes I asked for a refund since the food still was not ready. She replied there are no refunds. They served plenty of people in between this time. They prioritize the online orders over the actual dining experience. Terrible customer service. No one should ever eat here not only is it way over priced for the basic food you get but getting treated like trash is not worth your time or effort.

Avoid this place if you are looking for authentic tacos and birria ramen. It was the top 4 worst flavors. The Birria ramen tasted like canned birria and the consome was as thick as gravy with over spices and salt. The Fish tacos looked and tasted like frozen fish sticks. Just Avoid it if you’re looking for authentic Mexican tacos. Place was nice though.

Food is excellent. We had surf and turf tacos, poblano taco, crispy beef taco and the super Cali burrito. All the food was delicious and favorful. All the meat has a great taste and I will definitely come back. You can’t go wrong with handmade corn tortilla. You must go and support them.
