We went here just last Friday and our service was the best! They have a patio where we can bring our pup out to dinner with us! She was so happy to get to go out to eat for dinner! Happy pup! ❤️
My favorite appetizer it their esquite! They have the best chicken soup around! I absolutely LOVE their nachos and the esquite! The fish tacos are amazing! I love their covered porch!

Awesome location. Great looking building and decor. Good service. The food was a bit underwhelming but the overall experience was a good one. The environment was great though. Eating on the porch with the fans blowing, the right colors to make the experience feel different, it was an experience!

The food is really good for the most part! I really enjoyed the steak nachos… the veggies were fresh and it was put together very nicely. The refried beans… hard pass! The beans were flavorless, but doesn’t deserve a star reduction.
The atmosphere was just ok for my husband and I because we prefer a quiet intimate atmosphere. However, it was VERY quiet for a Mexican restaurant on a Saturday night. I believe lots of it is due to them not serving alcohol on the night we visited. Overall, great experience and service… we will visit again!

I wanted to like this place since I live nearby and it has an outdoor space, but it was TERRIBLE. Food was blend, nothing had salt, burritos came with almost no meat inside, just huge pepper and other veggies. Beans tasted bad, rice was blend. Service was soooo slow. Only decent thing we had was the queso with chorizo appetizer. Not to mention my whole family felt sick afterwards. 0 stars!

For almost $14 JUST for the torta, I was very disappointed. 2 small strips of meat, the other half only had one strip. No mayo and I guess they were running low on toppings. The complementary salsa looks like ketchup with a few pieces of cilantro. Not worth it. There are better and cheaper places. They also were NOT serving alcohol fyi. No music playing, it was hot inside.

Located right off of Main Street in Kennesaw, this restaurant has a wonderful home style feel. Literally in a building resembling a residence. The atmosphere is relaxed, especially with all the outdoor seating and the food selection is extensive. Our service was great and the food came out fresh and hot. The presentation was great. The restaurant was clean and tidy. This is my “go to” Mexican restaurant.

Update: we went back for a second time, ordered a Daiquiri. The drink only tasted like water and mango, very flavorless. I requested the server to ask the bartender to add rum because it didn’t taste like anything. The bartender refused to remake the drink and instead sent half a shot with the waitress so I could add it myself. The waitress was embarrassed and apologized. They need to hire professional bartenders.
We were greeted with a smile as soon as we came in. Service was great and food was good. We order a Mole plate and Enchiladas de Mole and we were not disappointed. The flavor of the mole was perfect. The place is clean and they offer outside or indoors sitting. Located right in Downtown Kennesaw.

Two things I love about El Taco Azteca: the porch which is a gorgeous place to dine outside and the food. Steak fajitas, tender and flavorful and not greasy like a lot places. Chicken soup is the best. Refrieds are loaded with flavor. Price is very reasonable and service is fast and courteous.

The food at El Taco Azteca was good—I enjoyed the salmon a la plancha and steak fajitas. However, the service wasn’t great, and it affected the overall experience. Also, the drinks were weaker than expected. With better service and drinks, it could be an excellent spot.
