The most delicious Birria I have ever tasted! Their Quesabirrias and Birria egg rolls are a must try. Everything is made fresh and comes out to you piping hot.

Went here last evening as El Patron was closed. I knew that others had spoken highly of the new business, so I figured I would give it a try. The restaurant has not been updated from the previous owner; same torn booth seats. The food was just as lackluster. Average fare. While the food was fresh, well prepared, it lacked flavor, zest. I ordered the quesobirria tacos and carne asada nachos with beans. The tacos were cooked well but lacked meat and had a flavor of old grease, not of the birria juice that the tortillas should taste like. The nachos were OK, but many of the tortillas were stuck together when cooked, so when I reached in to get a chip, there were 3 or 4 tortillas that cooked together. It lacked carne asada, beans, was more cheese and lettuce than anything else. Not saying this was bad food, just needs refining, and some slight tweaks to the flod preparation.

This place has the best carne asada in town and the birria is authentic recipe based. The orange salsa is must try for spice lovers and they always have ice cold, glass bottle, Mexican cokes.
I can’t wait to try the breakfast menu now that the restaurant is open.
The food is always amazing, and David and his wife are very friendly and customer oriented. The restaurant also has very attentive and friendly staff.

One of my new favorites. We all shared our food with eachother because everything was so good.
We had tacos of barbacoa, tripita and al pastor. The tripitas were crispy toasted and delicious.
My son had menudo and it was cooked well with just enough seasonings and not too hot.
My daughter had the chicken Gorditas. They were so delicious I wanted to steal her plate.
If you want to try a new place try El Super Taco.

We’ve been twice and it’s been fantastic both times! Today we shared the $22 pizza birria and it’s INCREDIBLE with chips and 2 servings of wonderful consumé
Update: it was a TON of food so we took 1/2 home for later. Hard to tell in the photo, but the “pizza” is thick with big chunks of savory meat, cheese, cabbage, lots of fresh cilantro, and onions.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant, so we got a bit of everything to try it out. Everything we got was very salty, we couldn’t eat the food. We ordered our food to go, and we noticed we were missing food when we got home. The server needs to do a better job taking and tracking orders because there were several of us waiting for food to go, and she didn’t know who the bags belonged to. I think this place could be great if they make a few changes.

My husband brought me the (Asada Fries) with sides of red and green chili sauce.
It was delicious to the point, that I couldn’t stop myself.
The only thing that slowed me down was the red sauce. Rather spicy, but amazing flavor.
