Food ok, neither bad nor good, the portion is even reasonably large. Restaurant kind of lifeless and the kitchen is a little dirty, the music was also very loud, it’s not a place I would go again for a meal, to many much better Mexican taquerias in SF.

Not a bad spot for good Mexican food and good prices. I ordered the pastor enchilada plate which came out to somewhere under $20. I thought the food itself was delicious (nothing groundbreaking, but I have had much worse Mexican food in the city), but I did end up adding extra salsa to amp up the spice. Luckily there is a complimentary chips, salsa, and pickled veggie bar in the back.

This review is for the breakfast burrito. Almost $20 and missing the potatoes. Kept biting to figure out where’s the potatoes? Ask before ordering the breakfast burrito if they are out of potatoes. The beans are very tasty have an extra star the spicy salsa is also flavorable.

Visited here a few weeks ago. We are from LA and we knew nothing compared to LA tacos so we went in knowing it wasn’t gonna be as good. So decided to have the chicken quesadilla. I forget what they call the biggest one but that’s the one I got. I was starving and honestly anything would have tasted amazing… or so I thought. I took my first bit and bit something crunch. Spit it out and it was something white and cartilage looking. Got the ick but kept going. The next three bits had the same gross hard bits. Getting seriously grossed out. I decided to open the quesadilla to see what I was eating and picked at the chicken inside. When I tell you I have never tasted a more bland chicken in my life. Had my husband try it too, he absolutely hated it. I ended up throwing away the majority of it. Absolutely horrible food. And they aren’t cheap either! Save your money and go somewhere else. You want excellent food nearby go to Le Marais Bakery.

Ordered lengua, carnitas and al pastor tacos. Meats are decent, pastor has good flavor and pineapple. I did not like the thick, graininess of the tortilla chips (minus 1 star) and it doesn’t seem sanitary. Salsa bar is just so-so. Both salsas seem a bit too watery. Otherwise, clean and simple. Service and atmosphere ordinary.

I live one block away and thought I would walk over and order a fresh burrito. I walked it one block home and it was ice cold when I unwrapped it. Tried to salvage it in the microwave to no avail. No flavor. Hardly any chicken! No customer service from the girl who took my order. The cook obviously doesn’t care. $14 just to add another Mexican food restaurant in San Francisco to never visit again.

Had the jumbo burrito with carnitas. Burrito was enough for two meals. Comes with free chips and salsa. Spicy red salsa tastes good. Tortilla chips are ok in my opinion, not my favorite item. Good bang for your buck though.

I came here after inspecting one of the clinics in the area, and I was really hungry. It really wasn’t the greatest experience. The cook was really nice when he had brought out my order to my table, but the lady taking the order and the lady cleaning the tables were a little bit rude. Maybe they had a rough morning, which is very plausible in a food service establishment, so it may just be that. The food was okay. They had generous portions, and it didn’t taste bad. I had asked for corn tortillas, but they gave me flour tortillas. The chips and salsa were served buffet style where you have to grab some yourself. In the age of COVID, this may not be the best. The chips tasted like the store-bought ones in a bag; they weren’t good ones either. The place could be cleaner. The time that I was there, there were a lot of customers who came to order take-out. They seemed popular with other customers. For me, though, there are a few opportunities for improvement for them. I most likely will not come back.

Absolutely GROSS!! Disgusting!! Fish was raw! Beef was fridge-cold! Place was a mess with overflowing trash cans littering this disgusting joint! Tables covered in grease and trash all over the floor…at 4 pm already…..that’s really promising!! 3 mini tacos for 16 dollars, highway robbery!! I’m still puking, food poisoning is a mere assumption here. Please close this place up.
This is a health hazard.

Excellent Mexican food on a budget. Any burrito with meat or vegan options with guacamole for less than 11$. We also enjoyed a torta and that came with cheese. Authentic food here and everyone here speaks excellent Spanish and English. Very kind and supportive of their community. I wish I can give 5 more stars. Thank you.
