I genuinely do not like to leave negative reviews but I felt this experience was noteworthy. My wife and I have been trying out different food trucks we intend to use for an upcoming event. We called El Sultan to confirm the location and their hours. We confirmed the location and were told they would be open until 2AM so we said we were on our way. When we got to the location around 6PM the open sign was out and the window was open. We waited about 15 minutes when someone from the business the food truck was at came out and said the person running the food truck went out to get restaurant supplies and would be back in around 30 minutes. Not ideal but not the end of the world so we waited. In about 40-45 minutes someone came back and started unloading items while blaring loud music with a great deal of profanity. We continued to wait but we were ignored while we waited at the window so finally decided to take off. Ultimately, this was a very poor experience. I suppose everyone is entitled to a bad night but I felt this was pretty bad.

I’ve had everything on the menu and I’ve never been disappointed. Zee is a great cook and even better human being. I could have a chicken shawarma burger everyday for the rest of my life and be set, but it’s always better to come in person and say hello. Very friendly and definitely a staple of the neighborhood. Come check it out for yourself and see why we all love Zee and El Sultan.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! For a food truck, I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed! The fries were *chefs kiss*, with the perfect amount of seasoning, cooked just right with crisp on the outside but not overdone and dry on the inside, and were soooo good. The gyro plate was incredible, as was the baklava. A.K. was the gentleman that helped us, and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely recommend.

The customer service was very good. The chef was friendly and willing to help answer any questions that I had. Everything was freshly prepared and portion sizes were large. The fries were the perfect combination of crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The food was good but very salty.
