Our local favorite authentic Mexican food place in town. Family owned and run, it just does not get better. Great atmosphere too if you want to watch a game and sit at the bar. As with everything, it is getting more expensive. The staff and food are still great. Friday nights are busy, but they still get orders out fairly quickly.

Their menu was extensive but surprisingly easy to navigate with no surprises. Great portions. I got lengua tacos and my daughter got a classic bean, cheese, and rice. Reviewing so I won’t forget to come back. They have another return customer.

I came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. The place was packed, however my food still came out quickly. Everything was delicious. I got the shrimp ceviche tostada and cabeza taco and al pastor Taco. Everything was delicious. I will be back. Also the bathroom was super clean which is a big plus in my book.

I’m born & raised in San Diego and the carne asada here beats every Mexican food restaurant I’ve eaten at! Even the taco shops near the San Ysidro border can’t compete with this place. Great prices and just amazing food.
