I was in the area and in the mood for a burrito bowl and this place did not disappoint. Although they don’t have a burrito bowl on the menu, they accommodated my request to make the burrito enchilada into bowl form (no tortilla). You can see them cook the chicken and the ground meat behind the counter and everything tasted fresh and delicious. We got carnitas and al pastor tacos as well, very easy to change up toppings and sauces. They were very nice there.

Avoid This Place! Terrible Food & Even Worse Customer Service

I really regret ordering from here.

I got the ground beef tacos, and as soon as I opened the packaging, I could tell something was off. It didn’t look or smell fresh. When I looked inside, it was just chunks of what seemed like frozen burger patties, still cold in the middle. Definitely not what I expected.

I called the restaurant to let them know, hoping to get it resolved, but the woman who answered (she said she was the owner) was so rude. She shouted over me the whole time while I was just trying to explain the situation.

I’d also like to share that they water down the sour cream and salsas. Poor quality in all aspects as far as ingredients, food, and customer care. Very disappointing.

Terrible food and customer service.

I’ve ordered from here twice. The first time was for pick up on a Wednesday at around 7 pm. The second time, I ordered via DoorDash (out of sheer laziness and because I had a coupon about to expire) on a Friday at around 5 and got my food probably in less than a half an hour.

The first time was definitely the better experience. The food was hot and I liked my order, a chorizo quesadilla – pretty simple. My husband had the burrito enchilada and he liked it (though it’s a bit too heavy for me). We also ordered queso and chips, and you can’t really go wrong with that. Plus, they give you a ton of chips.

The second time, the food was not hot – I guess since it was for delivery. This time, I had an Al pastor burrito bowl and it was pretty lackluster. It’s basically just rice, meat, cheese, sour cream, and pico. It also looked as if everything was kind of just slopped together. I added cilantro, pickled jalapeños, and pickled red onions to it myself just to add some pizzazz. It’s a good thing that I just happened to have those things on hand. Overall, it’s just an okay bowl though they do give a pretty large portion.

I might order again just out of the convenience of the location, but only for pick up. However, I don’t think this will be my go-to fast food Mexican spot.

This is a new restaurant following the closing of Qdoba restaurant. The new Mexican fast food restaurant is an improvement of the previous franchise. The old staff bought the place and turned it into a more authentic Mexican restaurant. Food quality is better than before and the attention is also better. Large seating area with plenty of parking. Fairly large eating menu.

The food, service & staff are Excellent here! They are from Mexican Culture and they bust their ass daily making fresh food. They poor their heart and soul into this place. If you ever have an inconvenience I’m 100% sure they would be accommodating. To see a bad review on here is horrible and unfair. Luisa & her Crew cook from their heart! ❤️

After living nearby for almost 10 years, we never stopped at this spot until last week. What used to be a Qdoba is now better version in my opinion. The food here is incredible. Salsa was amazing. Chips were also great.

I ordered delivery to Grubhub, even though it was a delivery order, the food was so great. This store has a distinctly different taste from the usual Mexican culinary chains. It’s not stimulating, but it tastes fresh and rich.
