We spotted the restaurant from a few places down and decided we had to try it since I love Mexican food. The people inside were all great. Smelling the food cooking made me even more hungry. The salsa was yummy, especially with the homemade chips. Definitely a great place to go and support if and when in Juneau Alaska. I will come back and eat if I am ever back here.

It was a great meal.
Jack was amazing. He served us a customized vegetarian dish for us. The taste and experience was amazing.
Complimentary salsa nachos were delicious.

This was super good! I’m from CA and now live in TX and I would frequent this joint if they were where I live. The cheese enchiladas were probably the best I’ve ever had and the beef taco was super tasty! Def recommend this place!

The resteraunt was good, I guess you don’t come to Alaska for the spanish cuisine. I got the 2 cheese enchiladas, was ok. Thought it was interesting the enchilada sauce was made with peanut butter, so if you have a nut allergy you may want to skip this dish.
The wait staff was very nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would probably go back just not for the enchiladas.

My go to Juneau mexican restaurant. Favorite is the carne asada, but super taco is a big hit, too. Amazing servers and the cook is clearly a pro. I highly recommend it.

Oof, where to begin.

Freezing cold inside, and some of the worst food I’ve ever tasted.
The chicken must have come from a can straight to the grill with no seasoning.

I cannot recommend in good conscience.

The one server there was quite friendly at least.

So I’m from San Diego where we have the best Mex food! Of course I had to try this place in Alaska. I was not disappointed! The best salsa ever! And my chimichunga was delicious!

I came to Juneau during all the covid restrictions so I was so happy this restaurant was open next to my hotel. This Mexican joint has got to be the better Mexican places I’ve been at in Alaska. Waitress recommended the enchiladas sauce. Was so happy❤️

Service was ok for take out. It has been years since I dined here. Prices went way up. Menu shown here must not he up to date, charged $17 for nachos mamas. And I didn’t catch the fact that they took away ingredients to this dish as no longer with black olives, beans and meat. I would not have paid$17 for this pile of cheese and very little tomatoes and very little bag of fresh chips. Sad that the menu changed up n a bad way. This dish used to be loaded. An old childhood favorite. Thought $17 was a bit much but thought ok, a rare treat. Not anymore.

Food was edible, but definitely toned down for the gringo palate.
The server / only guy working the floor really needs to find a better line of work. He seemed absolutely miserable. I would never eat here again just based on his complete lack of personality and service.
