In town for an event on Valentine’s Day and typical steak places has a super long wait so we stopped by here. Emily took great care of us and the steak choices were amazing. They serve a tomahawk but you have to call ahead for it because of the prep time. We did get to see it and can’t wait to come back. The prime steak tacos are well worth it!!!!! Owner was super pleasant and made sure we were taken care of.

We have been coming here for over 10 years! One of our loyal spots. Family owned and operated. Wonderful options on the menu. I believe they even have a vegetarian options. They have some of the best rice and queso in town. I’ve had a lot and most I forget to review. I am trying to be better. EAT HERE! Support local!

Went here for lunch the other day. Salsa was good, a tiny bit spicy but not too much. Chips were warm and fresh. Also ordered bean dip, while good it was more cheese than beans.
The chimichanga was good, chicken was just a little dry but nothing terrible. Most places only give a little bit of sour cream, guac and tomatoes to go with the dish, El Sombrero gave a decent amount that lasted the whole meal. I ordered extra sour cream and didn’t even need it. The beans on my dish were a little dry but still good.

I ordered online as my car in the shop and stuck at the nursing with my daughter the food is usually the best but to my disappointment my taco salad was loaded with sour cream. And when I say loaded I mean it looked like a cup of sour cream. I can’t eat sour cream do to stomach issues and the gal on the phone was rude and hateful. Well have you never ate a taco salad before she says to me. Well yes I have but I’ve never had one drowned in sour cream it always came on the side. So the gals are still just as rude as they always been. The guy that owns the store is great friendly and curtious. But I will NEVER and I mean NEVER eat there again. When I door dashed there food the gals was hateful so I quit picking up the orders from here. VERY VERY DISAPOINTED AND MAD TO PAY OUT GOOD MONEY FOR FOOD I CANT EAT. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RECTIFIED. It didn’t say what came on the taco salad and there was no option to take sour cream off. THEY WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in handling the problem

Craving margaritas and the best queso? This is where I am picking every single time. Right when you walk in, you will be greeted by the kindest staff and more often times than not- the owners themselves! I have brought about 15+ people to this restaurant for the first time and all of them LOVED it. Mostly the queso is the reason I keep returning- its amazing!

I love local restaurants. This place did not disappoint. My wife and I went in after a recommendation from a friend for their Tomahawk ribeye. The food was so good we got the deluxe with shrimp and 2 baked potatoes. My wife can’t have dairy, and they were very accommodating to make sure that nothing that she ate had Dairy, but I was still able to have butter and cheese on my food. As a fella of size. I am not a booth guy!!! They set us in a booth and I had more than enough room and so did my wife.( I may have even had to lean forward) I can’t wait to try more of the streaks and the burritos looked amazing. Excellent place to grab authentic Mexican food. Weve eaten here for over 15 years and never had a bad experience. The owners Ray and Mary are great people. Food is great as are their daily specials. Staff is great as well. Support your local businesses as they work hard to promote an excellent environment for all. A++++++ place to eat for both lunch and dinner.
