Everything was good. I ordered Mexican pizza and rice. I’m not sure why the rice at Mexican restaurants is always hard, like it’s been sitting with a warmer light shining down on it for a while. Other than that, everything was good.
The meals are very large. My husband ordered a towards and nachos and let me just say the tosdada alone was a large meal. We all left full and satisfied.
The service was fantastic!

We enjoyed our dinner. I had the Chipotle steak and a margarita flight. It was recommended by our server. Great meal that was spiced nicely with attentive service. Loved the painted walls of the restaurant.

My husband and I ate here for the first time and the food, service, and atmosphere was wonderful! Our server did an outstanding job. Thank you for a great evening. We will definitely be back again.

Reasonably good Mexican restaurant here. Promising start with a rather good salsa, while the Mexican Flag was a fun mix of three different sauces on different enchiladas. They were a little slow on a not very busy night which takes a point off the score, but solid place in general that is not in a location you’d probably expect for a restaurant (literally next to a corn field).

The service was terrible, and the Chimichanga was way overcooked it was tough like leather it wasn’t edible. I asked for it to be taken off my bill and it wasn’t. I definitely won’t go back and the prices are high

Wen̈t there for lunch 03/07/2026. I had Burrito and a chimichanga. My chimichango was burnt and didnt look like anything I had before. Their salsa wasnt good and neither were the unsalted hard chips.

I dont plan on returning.

Staple in our family. I’ve been eating here since I was a child. My cousin is the one that broke the nose off the statue, he was hanging on it and it fell on top of him and hit the nose on the ground. Everytime I find my way back to piqua I eat there!

When I lived closer, I ate there at least twice a week. If you want Fresh & Delicious food that is served by attentive, friendly folks, This IS The Place!!! Tacos Al Carbone are Amazing!!! The other menu items are wonderful, as well. The owner, Ruben, has, for many years, provided Thanksgiving meals, at no charge, for the area. He is a truly great human!!! Also, they have cold beer and tasty margaritas. You can’t go wrong here!!!

Really good Mexican food. The guacamole is excellent here! Best around. The food is all excellent. Keep in mind as far as the sides of beans, you can get: pinto beans, refried pinto beans, black beans or refried black beans. Also on Thanksgiving, the restaurant owner opens the restaurant to anyone who walks in for a free traditional Thanksgiving meal. That’s an awesome way to give back to the community!
