Great service and food at this location. My wife has a medical condition and can’t have salt. They accommodated her by cooking unseasoned chicken. Most Mexican food restaurants won’t do this. We really appreciate this and thank the staff.

Do not spend your money here using online orders with this establishment or Flowery branch. Apparently this restaurant has many El sombrero locations. I called this establishment earlier to let them know that I ordered online for the Flowery Branch location. However I found out that the flowery Branch location does not have an option to order online. Apparently, they knew about this ongoing issue. When I ordered online for the flowery Branch location the website kicked back and said error on my end. I assumed it didn’t charge.I was wrong. I called The Establishment and let them know what happened. Originally I was going to go and pick up the order but found out the establishment was 20 minutes away from me. Too far! They told me to call and dispute the order with the third party company they have their online orders through. I did that, later I found out that this establishment is keeping my money because they prepared the food. That I didn’t pick up because of the glitch they knew about. Flowery Branch told me that this has been a reoccurring issue. My order was only $9 and something. Thank goodness it wasn’t more.

We went tonight and ordered our food. The waitress came back twenty minutes later and said she forgot our order and asked us the order again. We told her and part of the order was a cheese dip. We asked for the cheese dip two more times and it never arrived. The people behind us got frustrated and left. The waitress came back to the table to tell the couple with us their order could not be filled and asked if they could order something else. Once the whole meal was delivered, minus the lettuce, guacamole, sour cream for the fajitas We went ahead and ate. Of course, the check arrived and the cheese dip was on the bill. We asked that it be removed. We went to pay and the waitress was there calling us m’fers. We paid and still gave her a good tip. We’ve always enjoyed El Sombrero, but we won’t be back to this one.

Out finishing some Christmas shopping and we stopped in on a whim. Amazing food my kids can be a bit picky and have snubbed many restaurants but not this one. They enjoyed everything. We will definitely be back.

Best Authentic Mexican food that I have had in a long time. Went there for lunch while waiting for a doctor’s appointment. So surprised! It was excellent, not expensive, and our server did an amazing job. Paid attention and was courteous!
