Bristol has an enviable collection of Mexican restaurants, and this one is a standout. By far the most varied and interesting menu. My family enjoyed a dish with true mole sauce and a plate of quesabirria that was delicious. We also enjoyed other standard fare like queso sauce with chips and a big, full burrito.
