It is not a fancy restaurant but it was clean and simple. The food was traditional and authentic. Not like those restaurants that only care about selling margaritas and “wannabe Mexican food”. The portions are decent and filling.

The presentation of the plate was just organized freshed cut onions , jalapeños , cilantro & lime i just loved it …if i come back to illinoise i will definitively stop here again.

Me encanto la salsa echa a mano los chips recien salidos y el Menudo nombre una chulada riquisisisisisimo estava muy bueno la comida me encanto como me atendieron la presentacion cuando me pusieron el menudo y la cebollita jalapeños y limones y cilantro cortadito

Good and fresh authentic Mexican food. I had the chicken pambazo and it was great tasting and a large portion. My Mexican brother-in-law had steak tacos and some tostadas. He said both were good and he said he would come back for the tostadas because they were really delicious. My sister had the baby chimichanga and she liked it. She wasn’t into the rice and beans side dish though, but she can be picky. Good presentation of all 4 dishes. Prices were fair. Bathroom was tidy. The service was friendly and competent but extremely slow. Our waiter said they were very understaffed tonight. I would try the restaurant again when next in Rochelle.

First time here. We really loved our food! Tacos and a steak burrito. Feesh pico with chips. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely not a fancy place, but clean and welcoming. Pico was fresh and delicious.. bought 16oz to bring home! We will be back.

My stepson asked if the tacos were good…I had to give him this honest warming “They are good but they are nothing like Taco Bell tacos, they are like tacos you get in Mexico”.
He looked so disappointed. He didn’t complain about his choice to get three tacos, he actually liked them.

I’ve been to this taco restaurant twice, and both experiences were very disappointing. On my last visit, my burrito appeared spoiled and unsafe to eat, so I had to throw it out. The food quality is consistently poor, and I wouldn’t recommend spending money here. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for a safe, enjoyable meal. Two thumbs down.
