My wife and I are new to this truck, and we tried the Torta.
Food – Standard meat (steak was tender, no noticeable chewy cartilage), bolillo type roll, shredded lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickled jalapenos on the side, but with cheese and avocado (cheese and avocado are usually extra with a fee, there did not seem to be a choice for a less simpler version). I found the Bread to be a bit overwhelming or what was inside was lacking, not enough to offset the bread (maybe trying to compensate size for the pricey $16), the crisp toasted parts of the bread were tasty, soft on the inside. Overall good flavor. The cost should have been at the most 12/10 without the cheese and avocado.
$4 taco’s are a bit steep as well.
Service – The greeting was a bit dry, I found other trucks to be more welcoming.
Atmosphere – Outdoor, clean, not a fan of the plastic wobbly seating
I find it more and more difficult to pay the prices of todays food trucks. My understanding of the benefits of a food truck is the lower startup costs and reduced overhead. So why am I paying the same if not more is some cases, than what I can get at a indoor restaurant that has a better atmosphere of comfort and service.
This was our first experience, I will try again, just in case it was an off day. I want to try the taco’s next.

So nasty. Didn’t taste Mexican at all. Hardly any cheese. Who put tomatoes ima quesadilla. Two slices of quesadilla for $15. Are one slice and through the rest away because it was nasty. I’ll never go back such a waste of money and a disappointment. I’d rather buy groceries and cook dinner or go to McDonald’s than eat one of those quesadillas again.there was practically no cheese on my second one and hardly any meat they just filled it with lettuce and tomatoe

Great people! Amazing real authentic Mexican food. Not tex Mex!!! Authentic! If you don’t know what authentic Mexican food is, don’t leave a bad review. They take pride in what they do and they do it very well.

New food truck on Goldie Road. Convenient to get to and easy parking.
Very fresh! The tacos were flavorful and well-portioned for the price. Very clean tables and counter. The staff was friendly and provided quick service. Everything I needed was provided: napkins, sauce, and lime.
I’ll be coming back to try more items on the menu.

Way more expensive than. Posted online
I don’t think getting too little business makes it a good idea to raise prices. Better off going to jumbo burrito way more food for your dollar and seems higher quality.

Food is good but hours are Inconsistent. I’ve tried several times to go during their listed business hours the last couple months to find them closed.

I am sorry to say these were the blandest tacos I have ever had. I should have known when they put a salt packet in the bag. The salsas also had no flavor. I had such high hopes, unfortunately they did not meet basic expectations.

Honestly some of the better Mexican food I’ve had since going to Oaxaca city. Not cheap by any means, but good quality

This is a food truck which seems to be permanently located just outside of town and close to the base. There are a couple picnic tables to use if it’s nice out. The menu is in Spanish, so the lady graciously explained everything to us. Yummy food!!
