I’m a VERY picky eater and eat huge quantities of food at a time because of my metabolism. He made me a special burrito with all the fixings and it was 3lbs full of FLAVOR I absolutely loved it and also ordered 4 street tacos with it because on Tuesday and Thursdays they are$1.50 let me tell you!; he fully loaded them SUCKERS up full of meat he wasnt shy. I will DEFINITELY be back because the foods had perfect seasoning and is packed with great flavor. Everything tasted great and not Bland. I highly recommend this place because they load you up. I only wish he had RICE i guess he didn’t believe in rice in anything.

Pretty good Mexican food truck. Super fast service, the guy running the truck was flying around making tons of orders at once. Ordered a chicken burrito and It was good. Nothing fancy or crazy, just normal food. Salsas were green and light green, neither was super hot, both good flavor.

The truck is actually on River Rd behind Bentleys Coffee. Everything I’ve tried is delicious. It won’t let you down. They have 3 different salsas. I recommend them all.

Tried the carne asada torta super delicious. Loaded with meat. A touch too much mayo for me personally. Salsas were both . Bread was toasted and had a touch of butter yum. The owner was super friendly! They are right behind the Bentleys coffee stand.

Best all around asada burrito I’ve had up here in the Northwest for a long time. Tons of meat, cheese, some beans but not stuffed with filler carbs, great flavored salsas. And it was only $10 (circa July 2024). I asked for sour cream and I don’t think any got added – was still fantastic, maybe even better off. Guy was friendly. Cooked it fresh. Highly recommended for good flavors, value, and service.
