Excellent tacos!! Gluten-free is clearly marked on the menu. The quesabirrias were amazing! Packed with meat and melty cheese, with a rich consommé.
The El Chingon and the Campechano tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had. Fiery salsas served on the side for extra heat.
Every taco was loaded with tender, perfectly cooked meat. I took half my meal home for leftovers, because there was so much.
Decor is fantastic. Definitely a place for date nights, friends dinner, cocktail at the bar — or take yourself out for lunch (you deserve it!).
Highly recommend. Definitely going back soon.

I really enjoyed my meal here! We started with the chips and salsas, i really enjoyed trying all of the different kinds. We also got the ceviche which was perfect for summer and delicious. My boyfriend ordered their short rib burrito and wow it is huge!
You definitely get your moneys worth, it also was one of the best burritos we’ve ever had. I got the pork shank and it was amazing! The service was very friendly. I would definitely return.

We spent Valentine’s dinner and treated ourselves to lobster enchiladas. Memorable! The chef even came out to greet us. This was our first visit and definitely not our last

Whoa!!! I cannot begin to explain how good the food is here!!! I ordered takeout with my hubby 30 mins ago and with the first bite I was blown away! I ordered the Bone In Short Rib Burrito, the Chicken Calderon Ramen, Elotes, and a Campacheno and BAAAABY!!! The flavor is insane!!! I am so glad I found this place and I will be back again and again!!! I wouldn’t mind gaining a few pounds for this food! Also the staff is so kind and welcoming!!! Get in there!!!

Our hands down favorite was the tacos chingon. Bistec, rajas and house-made salsa. The star of this dish is the grilled queso right into the tortilla! So good!!
For dessert we went with the ice cream and banana crème anglaise covered brownie.
We also ordered a variety of other tacos off the menu. The ceviche which was a nice spicy-ish bite if of poached shrimp, jalapeño, avocado, onions, tomato, cilantro, mango and citrus passion fruit aguachile.

This place is amazing! We’ve been to their other store in Eagan Located inside a BP-Amoco Gas Station. Both are absolutely some of the best Mexican food we have ever had. This south-Mpls location has a full bar-Bonus!.

The food is consistently flavorful & fresh. My favorite is the shrimp tacos, overflowing with delicious. My friend had the burrito – OMG! Enough for two. The nachos were incredible. If you are looking for a full bar at Cocina & Tragos, this isn’t the place. But they have tequila drinks that are tasty, wine, beer. We will keep coming back!

This is a review for the El Sazon on Diffley Road in Eagan. Their birria ramen and taquitos are mind-blowingly good. The chili oil and toppings make the food fresh and spicy, while the dish itself is different from anything I’ve had anywhere else. Its so good we make a point of driving 45 minutes each way to get it. Their online ordering system is easy to use and their staff are always friendly.

Wow, if you haven’t been to El Sazón, you need to go (or get takeout)! The food was delicious…every thing we ate was muy sabrosa!! We enjoyed the guacamole + chips, quesadillas asada, carnitas burrito, pollo fajitas bowl, and churros. Visit soon for delightful dishes.
