I am not able to give zero stars which is why I gave ones. This was the worst lunch experience I have had in all my time in the GB area. After getting a margarita and disgusting guacamole that is definitely not freshly made, service was non existent. We were not checked on and therefore were not even offered the opportunity to order a meal. We will NOT be back. Ever.

Delicious food, drinks, and great service. The portions for the steak fajitas were massive and could be shared by 2 people. Highly recommended!

First time here. Food was amazing. Highly recommended birria tacos as well as chilaquiles.

Good service. Had the Mario’s Special burritos, 1 burrito with steak and 1 with chorizo. Chorizo was better. A bit too much onion and cilantro on top.

Ew, out of all
The Mexican restaurants in town I think I just found the worst one. Weak Margs, old guac, franchise quality service and food selection. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else. Also way over priced for what we got.

Food was actually a little bland for Mexican. Chips were kinda stale, salsa was top notch. One of our party said the taco salad hamburger was just mush, little flavor. I had Taquitos they were ok but most places serve them with a little guacamole and cheese dip. This was just sour cream and some shredded lettuce. Seems like a nice place, good service but food was not anything to write home about.

Good was a bit bland but good nonetheless. That’s what sauces are for. Be sure to ask for their house made hot sauce if you’re a drier type of person. Fantastic and very hot. The service was excellent and a typical American Mexican vibe.

Cool place great service and good food. Have a couple of Hinterland beers on tap that are delicious. Very large place and could accommodate large groups. Food portions were very large and filling

Currently on a taco tour and this is #42 on the tour. Everything is rated on a 1-5 scale.

I will start by saying this, we unfortunately will not be going back.

Chips and salsa: Chips were thick and warm but did not have any salt. The salsa was chunky and had a really nice heat to it – 4

Lime Margartia on the Rocks: We ordered The Sarape Margarita which comes in a terracotta mug. The size of the margarita was super small and jammed packed with ice. The margarita was really good, but with the amount of liquid you actually get, I don’t think it’s worth $9 – 4

Steak Taco:
Flavor: 1
Fullness: 2

You cannot order just one taco, they only come in two. In both tacos there was two weird large chunks of weird meat (I removed it from the tacos and have in another picture). The meat of the taco was completely flavorless and was extremely disappointing. I only tried half of one taco and was done.

Chori Pollo: This is chicken and chorizo with cheese sauce and served with tortillas. When the dish was served, there was basically zero cheese sauce on the dish and was extremely small. When asked about the cheese sauce and requesting some to be given, a bowl was provided for $4.50. The cheese sauce from the bowl was then slowly added as eaten. The Chori pollo was good, just poorly made and definitely not worth $19.50 – 3

Service: When we were sat at our table it was dirty and I had to wipe the shredded cheese off the table. It was never cleaned or offered to be cleaned. The server was very timid. She was nice but the service was quite slow. When the cheese sauce issue was addressed, it took at least 8 minutes for some to be delivered. Previously working in food service, it seemed that the cheese sauce with the original order had been scraped with whatever remnants they could get, then when the amount was addressed, they needed to get a new batch. I addressed the issues to the server about the weird meat that was in the tacos as well as the chorri pollo which she said she was sorry and delivered the bill – 2

Management: I requested a manager regarding the $4.50 charge of cheese sauce, which is supposed to be included in the actual meal of the Chori pollo. When the manager, Hector, came out, I explained that we frequent the restaurant regularly and the issues with the chorri pollo. The manager immediately pointed out the cheese sauce in the container (which had been added after the bowl was brought out) and said your cheese sauce is right there. I then informed the manager that I had a photograph of what the meal looked like prior to adding cheese sauce to it, which I then showed. The manager then stated he has the same cook who uses the same spoon and nothing was wrong with the food and continually repeated the same thing over and over again. I then showed the odd meat chunks to the manager and discussed having a standard when serving food. The manager continued to argue, but eventually said he would remove the cheese sauce and tacos from the bill – 1
