Absolutely delicious! We are considering driving back here from Nebraska just for their tacos! Lol. And, their chips are so dang good! Everything was fresh and so tasty. All being gluten free was the cherry on top. The gal manning the truck alone on such a hot day was so kind and friendly. Recommend 10/10.

Visiting from out of town came all the way over here to order takeout at that. The door says 9 PM. The website says 9 PM but they said they were closed because it was slow however, I was still able to walk in if the hours have changed they should update that online. This is extremely inconvenient.

Had the green chili tacos. They were fantastic in the flavor dept., but rather anemic in the end. At $3.50+ each, I’d skip this place. Should have been $3.50 for the trio. I shouldn’t be hungry after spending $10 on tacos.

Delicious taco truck in the back patio space of Crux. I had one of each of the chicken, pork, and beef, and they were all fabulous – the beef barbacoa in particular was fantastic! Also not terribly expensive, definitely recommended!

These were the best tacos I have ever had. I am from Florida, where there are a lot of great taco options, and I currently live in Eugene, where there are not many great taco options. I sometimes travel to Bend or work and just discovered El Sancho Taco Truck. The venue is great with a big bonfire and outdoor benches, and a warm brewery atmosphere if you go inside. I got a chipotle chicken taco, a chorizo taco, and a spicy mushroom taco. I loved a three and I wouldn’t know how to decide between the three which is best. The spice is pretty mild but very flavorful, and there is sauce available if you want a little more spicy.
