Went in 8/15 with my family and kids the lady on the front was very rude to us for no reason but very friendly with anyone that speak Spanish not one time check on is asked for water 4 times to get it, are food comes after this Hispanic group came 15 after us got food quick us keeped waiting on food. She checked on everyone every 2 or 3 minute and us not one time. Very raciest not cool at all should have a sign speak Spanish or don’t come in and too expensive for the experience

Food is amazing. Reason why my review is low is because of the horrible customer service from the lady at the front. Super rude and her energy and vibe is NOT WELCOMING at all. I didn’t mind it B/c the food is great, when it really made me feel some type of way is when she was rude to my parents, specially my mom. I hate to rate it so low but I can’t just ignored how rude the lady is. Kinda sad because idk if I’ll be back. Smh.

Is it even legal to give a customer outdated menu prices and never give a warning first hand? It feels like a scam. After we finished eating our food, she gave us the check and we were surprised of the bill. It was no where near our estimation based on the prices she gave. When politely confronted about it, she just said casually that the prices in the menu are old. Like wth?! She never gave an apology or gave us discount either. Mind you the price increase is $4-5 on each order. She even failed to give us the extra order of rice that we pid for. If she was just honest in the first place, we could have visited again BUT we will never come back!!! We value honesty most of all. This business is shady. They should correct that.

I would not recommend this place at all!!! Horrible service and mediocre food. They gave us a menu with an outdated price did not even tell us until we finished eating and had our bill. Each order was way more than what was in the menu. The cashier never apologized and never feel that they were wrong for that. Did not adjust the bill at all. Never going back to this place and will warn people! Honesty and integrity are very important in a business.

I come here and get a Honduran typical plate called baleada I end up getting a Walmart Flour tortilla and get told by the server that the owner doesn’t like getting returns ? Really this place is terrible !
