The salsa for my pupusas tasted like it had been in a bag for a couple of days already and was very acid taste . My stomach won’t stop hurting after eating from here . The cashiers don’t really have trained customer service & ignore you until they feel like attending you .

Been a while since I had some fresh Pupusas! My children had tamales de pollo. That was good as well!

we were visiting some family around, and decided to go there. It was a little crowded. The lady at the counter had no empathy, nor manners to serve a business of that nature. Very poor customer service oriented. We had to leave while talking to the cashier before getting into an argument.

Stopped here when a nearby pupusa place was closed. We ended up getting cheese and chicken pupusas and a pork tamale.

Great food ! But when it’s busy it’s BUSY. If it’s full I suggest go to another place it’s not a fast place to get food unless you have the time to wait 1 hour for food then it’s for you. Love the Food but not worth the wait.

Well where do I start? This empanada was not cooked and when I asked the cashier for an horchata drink. She said we don’t have any. Two things, the machine had plenty of horchata drink. Secondly, uncooked food sold. I won’t be go there anymore.

The pupusas are ok, the baladas barely have filling in them but the flavor is good. The atole de elote is good. It’s overall a decent place. They do get really busy so take this into consideration if your in a hurry. A typical call in order take about 20 minutes to come out the kitchen plus your wait time in the line. I do believe the wait is so long cause it’s made to order (I hope, otherwise I can’t justify the wait time). I come here when I work on the weekend cause it’s on the way to my job.

Bad customer service. I was totally ok with the crowding. Overall they say the whole in the wall restaurants are they best…But with the customer service jeez they did not even give us a chanceto order. We asked for a couple of drinks and were told that they could only sell us a medium with no reason why when we explained to them we would pay for it a Large the cashier very rudely responds we can’t the machine will get messed up if we give you a large and we are not going to make anymore today. with that service we asked the lady to go ahead and cancel our order and we left. Customer service is the 1st reason why someone stays.

I stop by almost every Friday morning, pupusas are good, the ones with chicharron need a bit more chicharron and coffee is not great but other than that I have no complaints. Loroco pupusas are really good and bread is delicious I always have a great experience with the personal that works there, they always have a smile for you and are very courteous as well.
