We came here looking for the homemade tortillas. We were not disappointed. The chorizo was well seasoned and the sopes were fresh and crispy not the premade store bought sopes. The lengua tacos were
Also delicious. The tongue was not chewy and it was pretty good. Variety of salsas available. Aguas frescas available. We had horchata. A little too sweet but I watered it down. Prices are definitely better than other places and considering that they make everything fresh makes it a no brainer. I believe there is only 1 cook. At least on the day we went (Monday). It was a bit of a wait time but worth it. Place is busy. Clean place. Plenty of parking. Nice and attentive staff. Will definitely come here again!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a different Mexican Restaurant but ended up here. What a happy surprise! The food was authentic and delicious, beef birria was smokey and savory; The asada torta was decadent and had the toastiest, softest bread imaginable. So glad we stopped here, cannot recommend enough!

Hands down the best place to go! The most delicious food in Salem Every bite tastes like glory. The moment you walk in, you feel like you’re in Oaxaca, the décor is absolutely beautiful. Food portions were really good. Service was very friendly even when we got there an hour before closing with a pretty large party. Tlayudas were authentic with quesillo. Carne asada strips were generous. Tacos de tripa and legua were fresh. Highly recommend this hidden gem. Will definitely stop by again while visiting the area.
