We ate at this food truck when we were in Gunnison for a mountain bike race. The tacos were delicious! I loved the carnitas and Barbacoa. My daughter had the Asada and said it was really good, too. The only one I didn’t love was the chicken…there wasn’t much meat and it was just okay.

Everything is good there. I wish they would put sauce inside their burritos tacos etc. I wish they had enchiladas and menudo or pazole soup. All ingredients are fresh. I’m always looking out for them and often disappointed when they are not in town. The lady owner brought my food out to my car while I waited for it to be cooked. Very kind family eager to please. I love their food I’ve had almost everything. I gave them 2 stars on atmosphere because, hey, it’s a food truck, outside, no picnic tables chairs patio heaters or umbrellas set out. Order & Pick up food only. It is by far the best tacos, and Mexican food in the valley, it’s also not over spiced with chilis and peppers unless you request it. Beans are fresh and Mexican rice savory their chips are hot fresh, addicting. Salsas and pico delicious.
