UPDATE: couldn’t figure out how to reply back to the disrespectful reply from this owner. LEARN TO TAKE CRITICISM. Just because you don’t want the truth to be said it doesn’t give you the right to talk down. It’s my FIRST time trying the empanadas, I Ofcoarse want to support a small business and got 2. I am not going to keep my mouth shut about an establishment that doesn’t have integrity when charging for their products. The lady literally looked at the sour strip and looked at it confused because she didn’t know the price and charged it for a $1. HOW ARE YOU SELLING EACH PEICE FOR A $1??? The average box is is $50, retail if not .25 cents would be around .33 cents. Also, my reviews always come with receipts. If an establishment sucks I’m going to make sure no one gets the same experience. That’s customer care 101. You are a neighborhood deli, your prices should reflect that. You don’t have prices on the menu nor have them on display. Think about that. Maybe you should as an owner have prices displayed especially when you have workers that don’t know every price of the stuff you are selling. My sister’s friend (Spanish) eats at your spot and she said the most she paid was $2.50 for 1 empanada. She charged me $10 for 2! RIP OFFS. I am not the type to put stuff back after a worker has scanned the items, the purpose of my review is you as an owner that makes money from CUSTOMERS, is to make sure you price your items respectfully. You are incredibly disrespectful and I will never come in again.
I’m more than positive their hot food is just as great! Every time I get BEC I always get that cheese pull and bacon in every bite!
Family owned and operated. Great family working the kitchen.
