How is there no food Monday through Thursday and yet they serve all Americanized food and call themselves an Ecuadorian restaurant.

Really fantastic and beyond compare Ecuadorian bakery and restaurant found off Broad St. in Elizabeth. Delicious, humble, home-cooked daily specials (seco de pollo, fritada, hornado, etc) and fresh bread stemming from Ambato, Ecuador. Highly recommended.
