Highly disappointed with my food today. We’ve bought food from this location previously and did not have the experience we got today. We got a delivery order and the food we received was nothing like what they advertise. To begin they didnt send us the elote ($6.50) we ordered. Then the birria munchies box ($35 posted they’re advertised picture for reference) was paper thin with practically no meat only cheese and tortilla. We also got two birria ramen combos ($14.99 ea) with little to no meat at all and salty. The birria tacos were mini tacos not the regular sized tacos they advertise. (For $100 order the food we received was a slap in the face (verguenza les deberia de dar) they should be embarrassed/ashamed to charge people an arm and a leg for this “food”.

Our first time here and honestly it was the best!! Found this spot on google. They literally have everything! We had micheladas that are ($3) on Thursdays just our luck ! We ordered the cheesy birria tacos and they were super delicious! . Consume and green salsa on point ! Would recommend to everyone. Shout out to Alex for serving us !

Walked in and was instantly in love w the decor and feeling of this space… The Vibe was on point from the minute we stepped in!! Spoke w the owner of “El Rolis Birria” a bit and he was asking if I’ve ever been there or eaten there to which I replied it’s my first time…
(I was eating solo) He was VERY Welcoming and hospitable …He recommended a few things to order (per my request) & DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Ordered a mix of tacos and one was better than the last !! I Kept waiting for something to be wrong and they kept Surprising me w pure Perfection!!! From the service to the atmosphere and the Insanely good food!! I just moved here from NY and this was one of the first places I got to sit down and eat… & they simply turned a quick night out to grab a bite to eat….& made me a Forever Patron and LIFER to this Place!!! I will recommend “Rollies” to every and ANYONE who loves Amazing food that felt like Grandma brought it out straight from the kitchen!!! Simply amazing to find a place where everything was a 10 out of 10 for me… from the atmosphere to the service, the Vibes and the food!!! Not 1 thing lacked ….There’s not enough Stars to rate this place but was DEFINITELY a 10 out of 10 for me !!

If I could vote this place 10 stars I would. I just found out of this place about a week and a half ago & I’m already in love with how AMAZING the food is here on top of the wonderful service. Family owned & everybody is very welcoming & attentive! The food hits every bite, I literally came here 3 days in a row. That’s how good it is. If you love Birria & great authentic Mexican food. THIS. IS. YOUR. SPOT!! Support the business, you won’t regret it !

I ordered from uber eats. My food was scattered everywhere in the container. I ordered tacos al pastor and birria quesadilla. The pastor was way too sweet. The quesadilla tasted like the grill was cleaned with a dirty rag or sponge. That was surely an issue for me. That after taste of that made not to want to order from there again. The consume tasted like beef bouillon. It was my first time ordering from this place. I had high expectations due to the fact the pictures are cery deceiving on uber eats. I wish it was better.

Walked in was not very impressed. For a Saturday 5 pm not busy at all and chairs were all up on tables. No A/C, doors open and music was very loud. They only had 4 drinks available out of which 1 we were told didn’t have after food was served and were offered water. Food was not what expected at all. The pizza birria was loaded with cheese and very little meat. The limes that were in box were old. I never, ever do reviews but on this occasion decided to because I went off of the reviews on this place and was really looking forward to a good meal. Paid $50 and still had to go get dinner elsewhere. Unfortunately didn’t get pictures. I was not planning to d a review but honestly very disappointed.

I’m from out of town, and I was craving birria, so we came here, and it was so good! I got the classic birria tacos, and they tasted great. The customer service was also amazing; the lady was so kind. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Best Birria tacos even the fajita tacos plain that I got my boys are good. Definitely will be coming back to eat here. Great atmosphere and kid friendly, loved it here!!!! Worth making the 40 minute drive out here and worth spending money on eating here.

Have loved this place ever since the first time I have tried. Slowly making my way through the menu and everything has been good. I love their mangonadas/rolionandas. And the quesadilla birria is my favorite by far. Cheesy, saucy, and filling.
