Absolutely amazing! Everything we tried was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The brisket burrito was tender and juicy, the asada burrito was seasoned just right, and the tacos de pastor plate were hands down my favorite, so flavorful and authentic. Portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. You can really tell they put care into their food. Definitely coming back and recommending this place to everyone!

El Rodeo isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience. From the moment you walk in, the smell of fresh Mexican food lets you know you’re about to eat GOOD. The buffet is loaded with flavorful, freshly made dishes that never feel boring, and the Mexican plates are next-level—rich, authentic flavors and portions that leave you more than satisfied. Everything tastes homemade and full of tradition. It’s no exaggeration to say this is the best Mexican food in West Texas. If you haven’t eaten here yet, you’re seriously missing out.

I was hoping to get authentic Mexican food, but it’s more like a fast food place then a home cooked meal. I got the chicken fajita plate and it was just blah. The chicken was dry, and the taste was kind of bland. I would not recommend it as quality food that tastes great. Disappointing as I am not in Texas often.

Was a little nervous to try this place out given I am normally not a buffet fan. Ended up going for breakfast and they didn’t have the buffet going anyway. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. The price was very reasonable as I got 6 biscuits and a drink for about $10. I was amazed at the biscuits. No hyperbole, they were some of the best I have had in my travels. Fluffy, soft, not crispy at all. Basically perfect!; I went back 2 days later to see if it was a fluke, and they were just as good if not slightly better. Highly recommend!!
