Always fresh and with a friendly smile! I absolutely love El Rodeo. Their carne street tacos are delicious. Today I changed it up and grabbed a burrito. It was amazing and huge! They have a hot sauce that is delicious and unique. Don’t be fooled because it’s in a bus! It’s dang good!!!

South Texas girl here. Recommended by Sheridan Taxi, the best taxi company in Sheridan, Wyoming. In south Texas we have a number, thousands of choices for Mexican food. This little truck puts out some of the most authentic Mexican food we have tasted on our travels. They have a picnic table outside where you can sit, but indoor dining options are not existent being a food truck. Rice, beans authentic and tasted beef, cheese and chicken enchiladas with zero complaints! Tortas was a tasty choice as well! Get it to go and take it back to the hotel, and then a siesta. Will definitely eat there again before we head back to “Hell”. Support this small business!

A local favorite. Known to many of us as simply “the taco bus.” If you like chilli rellenos, theirs are exceptional. I have many positive experiences and can recall no negatives. The owner speaks broken English just well enough to take good care of her customers, so there is no question about the authenticity of her knowledge of Mexican food. I gave 5 stars overall as well as for food and service. Atmosphere only got 4 stars, but really what can you expect atmospherically from a bus in a parking lot.

Ended up at El Rodeo due to a recommendation from a local. Had the 4 taco plate. 2 al pastor and 2 carnitas. Great flavor. Tortillas were soft and mild in taste. Red salsa was awesome. Wide variety of grub!!

Only gave a 4 for atmosphere because, you know, it’s a parking lot, but, dayum, I loved this. Just had tacos carnitas, al pastor, asada. Perfect, small, cheap, fantastic flavor and great hot sauce on side. Driving through but if I I lived here I would abuse this truck.

They’ve Always had good food. I don’t understand the bad reviews. The Torta is amazing. I also get their macho burrito all the time with shredded beef. Street tacos are fantastic. I love their sauce too. I’ve tried just about everything they have and never been disappointed.

Always over the top good here. Hooked on their verde burrito and convinced its the best mexican I’ve had throughout WY, SD or CO. I’ve tried tacos, nachos, enchiladas. All great ingredients, pork in chili has big chunks , no fat. Salsa is uniquely awesome but comes in small quantities. Classic street mexican food. All the quality goes in the food and it shines!
