Wow! Carlos our server was excellent. The entrees were large. We ordered the spinach quesadilla and the steak, chicken and shrimp platter. Both were delicious! Topped off with cold beers! Perfect night!

The food was amazing(I had the cowboy fajita with a long Island) , staff was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. The building itself is in a very convenient location as my hotel is right next door.

This place surprised me. Really solid and large portions. Nothing crazy elegant and a little expensive, but it’s a super solid drunk-food spot imo. Would 100% come back.
They also do takeout margs if you want to go back to your hotel. Awesome imo.

Service was ok, food was pretty good—until a cockroach crawled across our table… I promptly let our server know, he grabbed a manager and comped our meal. They were mildly apologetic; honestly I think more than anything they were trying not to make a scene, as there was another table right next to us. I will never be back and I hope you don’t go either.

We recently stayed at a hotel right behind this restaurant. Despite wanting to try something new we decided on the convenience of just walking over to El Rodeo vs. driving all over town. The restaurant itself has great decor and is very spacious. However from the moment we asked (yes we had to ask) to be seated, the service we received was quite pitiful. We asked to be seated outside on the patio and the gal led us out begrudgingly and without any words. She merely pointed to a table and disappeared. We waited a good while before a waiter appeared and asked if we were ready. We weren’t and so he disappeared as well. It was some time before he appeared again to take our order. Slowly our food arrived in waves and once we had all our items, the waiter was gone for good. I got a striking feeling they don’t like to service people on the patio. We didn’t receive any chip, salsa or drink refills. No one checked on us or asked how things were going etc like a normal restaurant. In the end I went inside to ask where I pay and we settled up and left. Take my advice if you’re going to El Rodeo, sit inside or go somewhere where customer service still exists.

I wish I would have found this place sooner, it is in my opinion the best Mexican food I have found in the metro. I recommend the Choripollo. Lots of flavor, plenty of food, and reasonably priced.

I think it’s called Fajita Jalisco. I requested take out. When I got it, I was surprised about amount of food I got. A staff tells me “It’s a dinner.” I walked back to the hotel with it. I was able to finish half of it, it was a lot of food for me. It was little too salty side for me. Next time when I travel through, I will try some thing else. Overall it was good place to go to. The place seems to be popular with locals community. I Traveled through little before Thanksgiving.

Great place for a Taco Chicken Fajitas Salad and Spinach Dip. Everything was fresh, tasty and ultimately full of crunchiness. This is a place that had no wait time, good in and out parking and a delightful staff with reasonable prices.
