First time trying El Rocio. Called to place my order for pick up. The woman who answered was pleasant and accurately took my phone order. I arrived during lunch hours to pick up…place was pretty busy with what I assume is their lunch crowd. A crowd is generally a good sign. Food was ready like she said in 15 minutes. Everything I requested (side sauces, utensils, etc) were provided. Shrimp and chicken tacos were good. Also had an order of supreme nachos…decent as well. Service was on point and I also saw that they have a bar. Not a lot to admire aethestically. but since it’s very close to where I live…I plan to go back to see what their margaritas are like

The place looks great. It has an atmosphere as if you were in Mexico. Very clean, neat and warm hospitality. Lunch menu is served til 2:30pm. I loved the steak taco. The burritos are served like enchilada with the toppings on the outside. Difference with me is I like all my stuff rolled up inside. Not knocking it, the food was very delicious

Really great and friendly service, awesome salsa which of course chips and salsa on the table while you wait. THE BEST fajitas, prices cannot be beat. you can eat for two with a drink for under $40. Really extensive menu. This place is a gem. Has parking, there’s rarely a wait, and the people are just really nice.

Not the best experience at all, maybe it was an off day but the staff did not offer any refills, fajitas literally came out burning up on the pan. Waitress was not interested in my opinion, I did not feel welcome and will definitely not be returning whereas the table ahead of us received common courtesy not given to us. so disappointed because I’m new to the area (within walking distance) and was hoping to find a friendly inviting atmosphere. Not it for us!

My coworker told me about this restaurant, my husband and I tried it out and now, this is the only place we come to eat on our date nights. The food is great, the fajitas are on point! We’ve been to other Mexican restaurants and no one beats their food or their prices. Be prepared to wait for a parking spot since their parking is not that big and the area looks scary at night but we’ve never had any issues. This is out spot to go!

It’s good. Nothing to brag about. Good prices. Food score needs to be higher. I don’t go here often, but I haven’t had a bad experience. Right across from East point train station. They speak English and Spanish. It can get crowded at times. Good lunch specials.
