I really enjoy this place. It’s a small place, really welcoming. I like the vibes here. I been here twice. I like to go to a place at least twice to a feel. My first experience was great but not so much my second. My server was just little lacking. He was a young guy, glasses, kinda long hair. He pay more attention to his phone than us. I’ll come back for the food, but I hope to get a different server.

All I can say is WOW!! This small, unassuming spot delivers outstanding food with generous portions. I ordered the Texana fajita nachos, and my wife had the Texana fajitas. Both dishes were packed with flavor and so large we couldn’t finish them. We ended up taking the rest home. I also tried the watermelon mojito, which was just as impressive. Highly recommended.

El Rincon is the place to go for authentic Mexican food. The staff was pleasant, our waitress Adara was very attentive! She’s the best. The restaurant is very clean. This is my first visit to the location at University Boulevard. It didn’t disappoint!

We have done dine in and had a to go order now and both times were delicious! Prices were better than other local Mexican restaurants. For example, the burritos California is $5 cheaper than the place we normally go and it’s larger! The portions were so large! The birria tacos are sooo good. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Tired this spot out and it didn’t disappoint!! I got the loaded fries which were awesome!! Had several different margaritas and they were all delicious!! Sat at the bar because it was busy and all the tables were taken and the service was perfect and spot on!! My new favorite Mexican place in Mobile!!

Ate here for the first time today. The food was great! The steak Mexican Tacos were hot and flavorful! The beans and rice were lukewarm which is not a deal breaker but friendly feedback. Service was great and the food came out quickly. We will be back for sure.

They were very friendly. The atmosphere was really chilled and inviting. I had the sample from the appetizer menu and my daughter had the chicken street tacos. 10/10 will come again. The Flautos were my favorite.

From the immediate acknowledgment upon walking in to paying for our food, this experience was exceptional! The queso fundido was fresh including the chips and the cabeza was so savory! We will definitely be back to try more. It was so appealing and delicious that we forgot to take pics.
Update: we went back and tried out more tacos and get more queso fundido! It was just as great the second time and the alcoholic beverages are a nice touch to a long day.
