We eat here often and it’s always great. The service is consistently wonderful—friendly, attentive, and welcoming every time we come in. This was the WORST meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant. our burritos came out with CANNED CHICKEN (pictured). Zero flavor in anything. The spicy pork was atleast a 5/10 but everything else was a 0/10. Fajitas were burnt while also being undercooked and had celery in them? Service was okay, but it doesn’t help the food quality.

We came here to celebrate my dad’s 60th after doing a lot of research and reading reviews. My family experienced severe racism here. Half our family is vegetarian and we specifically asked for dishes that were meat-free. They put meat in the dishes and then were extremely passive aggressive and refused to remake the dishes or deduct them from our bill. My mother is always considerate and ethical and fair with service workers. The waitress, who happened to be the owner, denied making this concession and then threatened to call the cops on my mother. Half our family didn’t get to eat. We were willing to compromise/negotiate but there was a complete lack of any flexibility or sympathy. In the end we just wanted to pay the bill, even for the dishes we could not eat, to get out of there. This was a disturbing experience and we never experience racism like this. I don’t even know what else to say.

Excellent food! My favorite Chile Rellano in a burrito Add some hot sauce and delish. NO ALCOHOL. I didn’t realize this, but the food is worth the visit and reasonably priced.

Avoid !!!!Extremely shocked and disappointed. Many of us were vegetarians but to our dismay vegetable dish had meat in it !! We brought 21 guests to the restaurant for a simple happy dinner, but were treated with rudeness and horrible attitude. And the owner did not own the contamination!!!

We came here to celebrate birthdays with a large group and were treated horribly. The waitress who was also the owner of the restaurant was rude to us all from the start. She snapped at my mom and her friends for pointing out there was meat in their food despite explicitly stating there should be no meat and we were vegetarian. She accused us of picking up meat from other dishes and putting them in our own?? How rude!!
She gave us such a hard time and a bad attitude on what was supposed to be a birthday celebration. We were polite, patient, and honest with her, and she still gave us nasty treatment.
Terrible service. You don’t treat anyone like this, let alone customers celebrating a birthday!!!

Visiting from TX and grabbed breakfast this morning. I had a breakfast burrito with bacon ($8). The group also had juevos rancheros and the egg and bacon special. We all left full as a tick and happy.

I’ve ate there off & on over last 4 years as we live in island park & it’s nice to go for a ride and eat somewhere else. Unfortunately the service has declined, along with the food. Pop is ALWAYS flat & you have to ask for water. Chicken was really dry & rice was hard. It wasn’t busy & waitress did not check on us once. I had to track her down for salt and napkins. Time to find another restaurant.
