I have been coming to this place since around 2009. The food is incredible, service is always so friendly and quick. Their burgers and hotdogs are so good, but my favorite is always the carne or pollo encebollado, which is either thin grilled steak or chicken smothered with grilled onions, served with white rice and delicioussss Colombian style red beans, a light salad with honey mustard dressing and your choice of side. I always get the sweet plantains but their French fries are so good too! Pro Tip: pour your beans over your rice

There is no words of how much we love this place! We have come here multiple times my boyfriend loves it.
There is inside and outside seating, there is a lot of parking but be careful if Colombia is playing soccer it will be full!! jeje. Such a great place to share with family and try some amazing Colombian and Latin American dishes.
All the people that work there are also so kind and attentive, specially our waitress Marisol was nothing but excellent!!

We went to this place first time for lunch today; we ordered the “calentado” with “café con leche”, a Diet Coke and a few appetizers, such as “Chicharron con yuca”, “empanadas con carne”, “tequeños”, “buñuelos”, “arepa con huevo”, “tres leches” and “flan”.
The food was fantastic! The service was fast and furious and the restaurant was clean and inviting. We highly recommend this restaurant if you’d like authentic Colombian food. We’ll be back soon!

I’m from Colombia and had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant during my trip to Tallahassee. I have to say it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. They recommended the tres leches dessert and it was absolutely perfect — its flavor truly transported me back home.
If you’re looking to try something different or connect with authentic Colombian flavors — or even get inspired to plan a trip — this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend this place.
On September 23rd, 2023 a ceiling fan landed on my head from this place due to poor installment. This was no small or light fan, a large one in fact. I literally always had this fear that this would happen but thought I was paranoid. The glass shattered on me and cut my chest and hands (my hand lifted up to protect my face). I was lucky I was wearing a hat at the time to protect my face and eyes. Water from the ceiling and insulation got all over me though as well. I ended up getting ear infections for over 2 months after this, I think due to the insulation in my ear but I could be wrong (the ear pain didn’t go away with antibiotics).
The lady of course gave me free food, but offered little medical attention.
I tried to get them to pay my $400 medical bill, only the $400. I understand it’s a small business and I didn’t want to screw them over, but they screwed me over instead. When I called they claimed to not have any managers there and no owners either. No one took accountability, and I believe my number and my parent’s number was blocked.
I’m kind of sad that the world has come to this though, and I know i’m writing this two years later but I still have pain in my finger from being smacked by the fan. If I was them I would’ve paid the bill and been on my merry way, as that is literally the least you can do when a customer gets hurt due to a faulty installation.
I’m too nice for letting it go, so i’m spreading the word now. My parents had to pay the bill and it wasn’t fair and it was very mean.

The beans are soaked overnight and turned into the most delicious dish of beans I’ve ever had. And the rice? Amazing. I wish i could get my rice to come out this perfect. The best part for me, aside from the delicious flavors, was that the food came out piping hot! No lukewarm food that cooled under a heat lamp. Hot off the grill, full of flavor. Milady (probably spelling her name wrong) and Justin were so nice, checked on us often and were very gracious and sincere. They are happy to explain menu items to us English only speaking/reading folks. Tired of American tacos? Definitely try this corner cafe for real Latino food.

El Rincon Latino is a hidden gem! I came in for lunch with my son, and we were both blown away by the food and the service. He ordered the Godzilla, and I had the house special—both dishes were bursting with flavor and beautifully prepared.
Our waitress, Paola, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, highly attentive, and even helped me choose my meal with a great recommendation. You can tell the staff truly cares about the customer experience.

Recently had dinner here with my mother in law and daughter. The atmosphere was fun and service was good. The server was able to give recommendations and made sure to refill our drinks. The food came out pretty quick and was hot. My churasco could have used a little more flavor but other than that would recommend.

Our first time to El Rincon Latino. I must say that we had a great experience good service and great food. My husband ordered the Arepa con carne which he loved. I then ordered the Chuleta de Cerdo a la Plancha. As an appetizer we ordered the Chicharrón con Yuca. Then for dessert we had the Tress Leche and Flan. Our meals were delicious. We enjoyed our visit to El Rincón Latino.
