The caldo I received was incredibly disgusting. It was basically just a styrofoam cup of grease with no vegetables, two small pieces of low quality meat and old black cilantro floating in the grease. I had just had surgery and wasn’t able to cook for myself so I ordered it hoping for something somewhat nourishing. Instead, I was given an oily, greasy mess that looked and smelled so unappetizing, I couldn’t even take a bite without gagging. I wasn’t able to eat any of it, and I couldn’t return it since I was just a few hours out of surgery and unable to drive. Never ordering from here again and warning all my friends and family.

Albóndigas are a must if you dine here. They are made in a Chipotle broth which is delicious and spicy, but not too hot. But they’re only available Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Parking is difficult, but once you find parking, it’s well worth it. Restaurant is clean, decor is welcoming and staff is friendly.

Friends this place charges $3.99 for a bottle diet coke and bottle regular coke!!! No refill cup drinks!!! Also the caldo de res was cold and barely any vegetables. To make things even worse, a transaction fee is added!!! You have to pay a fee to pay for your meal!!! Save your money and go to a decent mexican restaurant with free refills and no fees!!!

The main ISSUE with this restaurant is THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Owner or manager, YOU NEED to fire all of your staff! They are costing you money! Your cooks are not operating efficiently, they are not making decent food and giving the food you serve at your restaurant a bad name as it is bland, flavorless and not fresh. NOW your #1 issue is your servers. This restaurant provides the absolute worst customer service, the staff is rude, uneducated in the way they talk and address the clients, they lack productivity, they are not proficient and completely lack customer service skills.
