So glad I went here, this is some of the best food I’ve had! Dang sure the BEST barbacoa I’ve EVER had! The salsa was good, and they bring out some dressed bean dip that is the flour tortillas are really good, very obviously fresh made. The staff was wonderful, the portions were huge and the beer was BOGO! What more could someone ask for?

This place is amazing! Not your average Tex-Mex menu, the restaurant offers original Mexican cuisine as well as a large selection of tortas. I had the Alhambre: steak, pork, and bacon with onions and peppers with cheese and crema—it was so good. Their in-house scratch made sauces are wonderful. The service is excellent and the staff are so friendly. This restaurant is now on my rotation list and I will definitely return.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! Delicious food and great service. Wait staff was super friendly and attentive. Aside from the traditional chips and salsa they give you refried beans… I knew it was going to be good as soon as they put that on the table. We got the tacos special and they were delicious. We also got their aguas frescas which are homemade. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

My husband and I went there for the 1st time today and hands down the best Mexican food here in town. We are really picky, especially my husband and agree with the 5 star rating this restaurant has. The atmosphere was awesome, the place was very clean! The food was amazing as well as the drinks. We orders sweet teas, micheladas, steak a la Mexicans, burrito loco, And churros for dessert. We’ve been here twice now, and our waitress remembered my quirks (keto), and asked if I wanted the customized appetizer I got the first time – queso with celery instead of chips. There are several fantastic Mexican restaurants in San Angelo, and this is one of the best. Given the artwork, I think it focuses on dishes from Guanajuato, Mexico. We will definitely eat there again.
