Unfortunately not what I expected. The quality of food and services have a lot to do when hosting guests and clients arriving to eat.
The flavor on soup (ajiaco) was good, but it was warm, not fully hot. My chicken grill was kind of hard and no flavor whatsoever.
Service was completely awful. No napkins, water with no ice……and literally server was seating inside, so we have to wait and call for assistance several times to get check and pay.
There were only two additional couples with us and many walkers coming to get their to go food!
I will certainly not recommend or visit again.

I wanna highlight the way everyone who works here behaves, great attitude,always smiling and happy to help their customers. The uniform they wear and the way this restaurant is decorated gives you a great picture of a business that wants to be better and do everything right for their customers. Their parking lot at front is limited but they have more parking lot in the back of their restaurant and if you do not want to drive to the back to park, they offer complementary valet parking but only on weekends. They have capacity for 50 guests and their food is delicious. We ordered the bowls they had on their menu but if you don’t eat a lot you can just order one bowl to share because their portions are big, in my opinion! I order breakfast because they have breakfast all day so I liked that because If you wake up late you can still come to this restaurant to get breakfast even if you get here at one pm. I highly recommend this restaurant. Note: they also have benches, tables and bar seating that is good for single seating or couples that will love their food on the bar while enjoying drinks

I was in the area when I decided to stop by to eat here. I had a wonderful experience. From the music to the decoration, it transported to me to Colombia. The restaurant has a warm and nice feeling. As for the service and food, it was superb. The server, Marmeli, was very nice and attentive. The food was excellent. One of the best Colombian food I have had in south Florida. I had a grilled chicken with rice and beans. My sister had a steak with plantains and fries. They were both cooked perfectly. She ordered the steak medium well, and it was cooked to perfection. All the sides were delicious! We had a shaved lemonade and it was refreshing. I definitely recommend it. Overall, I will definitely be back asap!

My order for today, included 1 sopa de Costilla de res combo, priced at $20. I’ve never ordered the soup from here. When the food arrived, the container for the soup is fairly a large container. The beef ribs that came with this soup was 1 small piece of beef rib that was 90% fat. No other pieces of beef rib at all. For the price of this soup and the amount of beef rib that came with it, is embarrassing and a rip off. I was denied a refund. I won’t be ordering from here again and neither should you.

Update: they changed ownership, and a lot of things changed for bad, sadly. It took 28 minutes for a order to go, before It used to be 15 minutes maximum. Food was really bad! I order my usual seafood soup “cazuela de mariscos” and it was horrible. Extremely salty with lumps with only 2 empty shells and 3 shrimps, seriously! It used to be perfectly creamy with a lot of seafood. The container was usually full now is barely half. Tostones and yuca portion also got cut to half portion and they were undercook. Sancocho de costilla and rice used to be super delicious and now is blah!. New ownership is not longer from Cartagena, so do not expect a lot from the old typical dishes… fritos like bollos and carimañolas are gone. Obviously prices increased like most restaurants, but for their food quality and portion sizes, I feel is not worth to eat here anymore!

They are really good preparing sea food and fried fish, coconut rice is their specialty. They have small bites the like, bollos, pasteles, chicharron, etc. The restaurant seem pretty clean and safe following all the safety requirements.

Food was really good unfortunately service was not the best. Our server seemed to be alone with the front of house, dealing with uber eat divers, packing orders etc….. He definitely needed some help. Wish you the best moving forward.

Horrible food if your looking for good colombian food do not eat here. I order chicken tenders they sent me chicharron that were thinly sliced. Old rice beans and soup tasted spoiled. I also orderes carne asada which was less than the size of my hand chewy and cold. Save your money and go somewhere else. I called the lady told me she would let the cook know. I asked her for managers name couldnt tell me. Please dont eat here. They need to be shut down for stealing peoples money.

I present to you the super sancocho from Rincón Colombiano and I don’t show you the photo of the Ajiaco that didn’t even have corn. Can you imagine an ajiaco without the corn?…the truth is it’s a shame to pay for this. I sent the order through their website and 45 minutes later they still didn’t have it ready. Another wait of almost 15 min for 2 soups. The surprise was when I got home and saw this. I honestly don’t know how they can sell this. I came to think that this rib soup was a magic trick. because the rib was not there.

I highly recommend this place!!! Food was Delicious!!!! Great Customer service!!! we had the best time!!! Our server Olga was adorable!!! and full of personality plus. She was attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. She is a huge asset to your restaurant and deserves much kudos. We will definitely be back soon!!!!!
