Loved it. I felt like I was at my uncle’s house, with the TV playing soccer. I was attended very well. Food came fast and hot. I only got a pupusa de calabaza and one of jalapenos and like this drink agua de ensalada. Very good, I’ve only had pupusas a few times but these have been my favorite so far. Glad I came across this place !

I was very excited to visit this restaurant, and I was sad not to receive the full experience.
Upon arrival, my friend and I sat and ordered the yucca appetizer, a couple of drinks, and a few pupusas. About 10 minutes later, the yucca arrived with chicharones that were lovely.
Another 30 minutes passed, and my friend asked the owner if it would be possible to get our pupusas to go because we had an appointment. The owner replied yes but that it would be another 20 minutes as they had not yet started making them. We agreed to pay only for what we received and leave since we didn’t have the time to wait.
Very upsetting, but I would come back again because the food I did receive was very good. I guess just make sure that you budget a lot of time.

The food here is really good authentic Salvadoran food and the staff is friendly but the problem is the service. They take way too long to bring food out and when they do they often forget multiple parts of the meal. Even if you call ahead it’s likely you’ll still wait awhile at the restaurant so make sure to call awhile before actually arriving. Hopefully the service improves so this can be a great restaurant.
