Wouldn’t recommend eating here. Waited over 20 minutes for my food. Food was hot when served, but barely any steak or eggs in my meal. About half the steak was chewy fat pieces, so I couldn’t enjoy my meal. The tortillas were the only good part. I guess that deserves 1 star.

Definitely a fan favorite. Have had the tacos to go but wanted to dine in and it did not disappoint. Great food and the staff were so nice. Was able to practice my Spanish and her English.

By far this is THE most authentic place for Honduran food in the Springs. The owner’s daughter told me they started as a food truck and were so successful they were able to open a physical location. The Baleadas are melt-in-your-mouth out of this world (the pupusas were out of this world too!). They’re the only place that makes their own tortillas from scratch and they use authentic Honduran mantequilla and all. 100/100 can’t recommend this place enough. This is my new go-to spot for authentic Honduran food!

Thieves!!! I came here the other day and paid $10 for my meal and tipped $2. After looking at my bank records I was charged $5 for the tip, not $2. Honestly, I should have tipped $0 because the food was terrible and service was slow. There was barely any meat in my meal. The steak was chewy and fatty. Not worth the money. Seriously, go elsewhere!

For one, the salsa is amazing. Many red salsas around here are just frankly not good, but this one is special for sure.
Secondly, they sear the asada on the tacos. You’d be surprised how many other places don’t and it makes such a tremendous difference.
Finally, in the pastor burrito, they added little bits of the pineapple.
All of this paints a comprehensive picture, that this restaurant genuinely cares about its craft.
