Located on the back inside of the Sol Plaza/indoor swap meet – far right corner of the building. Great menu items to choose from – specials for those on a budget. Excellent customer service and the seating area was clean. Also, call in and place orders through phone to avoid the wait time (English and Spanish speaking). Tacos ($1 on Tuesdays) , Pupusas ($1.25 on Friday and Sunday), Tortas and all the other favorites are recommended. If you are servicing your car at Toyota, Chevy, Ford, Dodge/Jeep) in Lancaster this is walking distance to grab a bite of good food.

They have a $1.50 special for pupusas every Friday. I tried their mixed, and beans pupusas. It is filling! 2 is more than enough for me. They are made to order. Give themaat least 15 mins to make it. It is worth the wait. Do not forget to ask for the pickled veggies and red sauce. They brighten the flavors of these pupusas. Would recommend it to a friend.

We ate here on Sunday morning, and the breakfast was amazing. The chilaquiles were really flavorful, and the agua de mango was fresh. We also had a regular breakfast plate with eggs rice and beans with tortillas hecho a mano! Over delicious food and great service.

All around excellent food and experience for a good price. Had Al Pastor and asada tacos with rice and beans. All of it was great. The spicy red salsa is arbol chilies with peanut inside, very good.

I ordered the street tacos (beef) with rice and beans. Everything was delicious, fresh a well priced. The food reminded me of the same dishes I ate while traveling throughout Mexico. They even had a super hot jabanero sauce, hot n spicy but really good.

The food was very mediocre. I ordered 4 tacos plus rice and beans. Everything tastes very basic, not very much flavor. Compared to other Mexican places at the same price point it falls behind. The lasting impression after eating here was “meh”. Do not go out of your way to eat here.

The taste of their food is so delicious everything is fresh and homemade, very friendly by accommodate to the customer. My all time favorite are the sopes, green enchiladas, torta de cecina, wet burrito and they recently added tostilocos to their menu! They also have specials Tuesdays $1 taco and friday $1 Pupusas you can also order online on app Eat24 ! Overall a great place

My experience today at El Rincon was AMAZING. The food was delicious, we had some pupusas a sopes also they special made a small quesadilla for my two year old. The agua frescas were delicious as well fresh made to our order. But the most amazing part of our experience was the service. The owner accommodated to the smallest requests like a special quesadilla for my son and even served him a scoop of ice cream, all the while had a smile on his face. He treated us like family. We really appreciated our time spent there thanks to the service and hospitality. I definitely recommend this place located inside the Lancaster Shopping Mall Sol Plaza.
