I usually have good experiences here, especially with the older women. They are kind & professional but the younger girl with the glasses in the drive thru was so rude.
After I ordered at the drive-thru she was silent. She never said my total or repeated the order back…she didn’t say anything. When I got to the window my Suegra wanted me to make sure it’s correct. We did order a decent amount of food & we werent sure if she heard us since she didn’t respond. When I politely asked if she can repeat the order she started explaining she have to go to the front & was visibly irritated cause I asked. I said well I didn’t know if you got the order because you never said anything back. It should never be a problem for a customer to ask for their order to be repeated. That is basic customer service. Get another job if it’s too overwhelming.
What also stood out to me was that the employees was noticeably kind to my Suegra, who is Hispanic & speak spanish, while her demeanor towards me was totally different off the back. As the only black person in the car, I couldn’t help but question if that played a role. Sometimes people can be unconscious of their microaggression, but awareness matters especially in customer service. It’s shocking for somebody to get so mad cause you asked for them to repeat the order.

My son says this is the BEST burrito he has ever had, and he’s had a lot. Lol no offense to me but better than mine. Super cute super fast and nice, very tasty. Definitely going to come back.

It’s wonderful as long as you don’t go anywhere close to closing time. I guess I made the mistake of going too close to closing and they skimped my burrito on the meat. I’ve got mostly tortilla and I keep finding pieces of shredded beef when I order carne Asada. If it wasn’t for my previous visits I would have rated 1 star across the board. Unfortunately due to this experience this establishment has now lost me as a customer. What are the other best spots in this area?!??

***UPDATE***
We visited in person today and is a warm, inviting, and clean restaurant. I tried the menudo and it was delicious! My husband had chilaquiles rofos without egg and they were really good. The rice and beans were on point. They offer several aguas frescas. I had tamarind and he had pineapple. See pictures.
We’ve never been physically to the restaurant, ordered for delivery only, and we’ve tried several different items. I only have 3 pictures though of the carne asada tacos and the street corn which you can’t take see all of. We’ve also had their machaca, eggs, flank steak with shrimp and green onions, chicken enchiladas, which comes with rice and beans, and menudo.
Everything has been delicious, hot, and fresh. I can not recommend this place enough, food wise. It’s the real deal!
The only complaint I have is the amount you get for the street corn. I thought the serving size was too small for almost $10. It tasted amazing, though!

It was great!!! The tacos and quesadilla I got had me while full wanting more after I was done it was that good! I’ll be making this place a regular lunch stop. I can’t express how good it was, it was just that good. All their salsas are fantastic! Definitely and I mean Definitely recommend this place! The orange ish colored salsa is some of the best salsa I’ve ever tasted. Do not know what it’s called. But Definitely amazing!

Everytime I go , I get charged different prices! Everytime I go I get the same thing .. 4asda tacos some of the ladies charge me $4 to 5$ others 8$ why is that ???? Makes me so upset and makes you feel dumb when you ask and IVE been. Coming here for years and always charge me different prices!
