My favorite was The chili cheese tots. They did not skimp on the toppings or smoked brisket chili! Birria quesadilla had great flavor and filled with a good amount of meat cheese and grilled onions. 10/10 will be coming back to try more items!

Best food and service I’ve gotten out of a food truck. The owner was very friendly and knew just what to recommend. They nailed the portions and flavors– not too much that I’d be lugging around left overs and not too little that I’d need to hit McDonald’s on the way home. I also want to say I have always despised beans in every form because no one in Idaho knows how to make them good, but the second I took a bite of these beans I had to rethink my entire life choices. They were flavored and cooked to absolute perfection! El Rey & El Jefe will now be my new fav truck to hit up by far, and I will be back with friends!

False advertising. Elote description says “corn on the cob,” but it was actually a TINY cup of corn. Half of the cup was a mysterious liquid that resembled water and the corn appeared from a can. NOT worth 9 dollars.

Got Elote from the food truck while at The God and Country Festival tonight and although the seasoning on the corn was good the corn itself was 75% ice cold. It was not like it had been warm and cooled down it was like it was taken out of an ice bath. So disappointing! I was looking forward to trying the Korean tacos but now I’m reluctant to go back and get tacos when I’m more hungry.

Came here on recommendation from a co-worker, and was not disappointed. Great portion sizes and phenomenal food. Sides took a minute, but the wait was worth it! They’re actually making all this food themselves. And everyone there was SUPER friendly. Absolutely recommend. Only thing holding them back is they’re parked by a building that makes them hard to see from the street.
