The service was awesome and the waiter was incredible. The food was cooked to almost perfection and was extremely fresh. I myself am picky and I had zero complaints I ate the guacamole and I don’t normally eat anyone’s guacamole. I will not be eating at any other Mexican restaurant any time soon.

Food was very good. Ground beef tacos were not greasy. Salsa had the bite I liked. Chips very fresh. Pico was fresh and very well made. Was hesitant to eat here after hearing some people say that it wasn’t good.

As someone born and raised in Carthage, this has always been my go-to and favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is consistently delicious, and a few of my must-haves are the Mino Special, Steak Fajita Nachos, Guacamole Mexicana, and the enchiladas — all so good!
The service is always friendly, fast, and welcoming, whether you’re dining in or picking up a to-go order. It’s one of those places that feels like home. Highly recommend if you’re ever in town and craving great Mexican food!

This place is unexpectedly good. The food was authentic and so delicious. Carnitas, al pastor, and the house hot sauce were all amazing. The service was fast and friendly and thei prices are super reasonable for the massive amount of food you get. A hidden gem for sure, I will be back.

I ordered a strawberry margaritas he came out with a classic margaritas. Second Margaritas was strawberry but it tasted like a go go strawberry applesauce was mixed in it. He carded me and knew it was my birthday and didn’t sing to me, also had to wait 10 minutes after my daughter and I got our dish for my son’s to show up.

Camping nearby and decided to try this place out one evening. Interior was kinda drab.., the staff were wearing masks and we saw them wiping each page of the menu down after the menu left a customers table…good job!!!
Our server was attentive and kept the glasses and chips/salsa filled. Now the portions they provided were larger than most other similar restaurants. Food quality was what we have come to expect…good…, not great. Nothing that will bring us back. Pictures are of portions and the nasty bits of tomato they put on my plate.
