We were seated right away and ordered drinks. I asked for lemon with my water, but it came without. I had to ask again. It also took quite a while to get our chips and salsa. When our waiter finally came to take our order, we asked for a few more minutes. Awhile went by, and even after telling another server twice that we were ready, our waiter was nowhere to be found.
From the time we were seated to when we finally placed our order, we watched another couple come in, eat, and leave. We were honestly about ready to get up and go. When we did order, we asked for more chips since we’d run out, but the refills never came. The chips we did get were mostly crumbs with very few whole pieces.
When our food arrived, my order was wrong — I had specifically asked for verde sauce on my enchiladas, but they brought the wrong one. I ordered from the combination menu, and nowhere did it say there would be an extra charge for choosing chile verde instead of chile colorado. The food itself was good, but the service was one issue after another.
To top it all off, we were charged twice for the enchiladas, and I had to come back later for a refund. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the service left a lot to be desired.

I used to come here all the time two years ago, in 2023! The plate I ordered then was $20. I come in today, and they charged me 32 bucks! Then I get a house margarita, the worst margarita of my life, for $15??? The server charged me for fajitas for one and a fonduit dip. I was a bartender for over 15 years and you always inform someone when something is going to be dbl the normal price of something. When you have to ring up an entree and an appetizing to complete someone’s meal. I think you should share that with them.

I went here and got a renello burrito, kids quesadilla, and taquitos rancheros. At first I wasn’t too impressed because my order wasn’t ready. And I was running late to get it and it still wasn’t ready when I got there. So we had to wait about 10 minutes to get the order. But after tasting the food, there is no complaint here. One of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. They got lots of things to choose from and all around good customer service. I would definitely recommend anybody to go to this restaurant. It is absolutely the best I’ve ever had.

While house sitting in La Center we ordered take out for dinner. We had the Carne Asada plate and the Chili Verde. They package it in a way that the food was still hit when we got back to the house. Not a lot of options in the area, but the food was delicious. We decided to stop in for a brunch plan. We had the Chorizo con Huevos (mexican sausage and eggs) and the Chicken Flautas. Each were served with rice and beans. The food was fresh and delicious. And my Ice cold Coke from a glass bottle is the best! Service was great… we were waited on by Azucena…. she was absolutely wonderful and friendly. We will be back!

Nice place. Comfortable booths with a clean and welcoming environment. I had a chimichanga with shredded beef. They were very generous with the meat and it had a nice crispy crust with all the fixings. I’m happy I came in.

The carne asada burrito was mostly rice. Also didn’t like the taco bowl salad. . Have eaten here before and not flavorful. Was hoping this time would be better as we live in la Center and love mexican food. Unfortunately we will not be back.
