El Rancho Nuevo is an awesome Mexican restaurant! The service is awesome, the food was delicious and there was so much of it! We cannot wait to come back and bring friends. I got the make your own combo, expecting small portions and they were massive; easily splitable. Chips and salsa are above average. Aracely was an amazing server, you should ask for her!

Absolutely loved our experience here! The food was delicious and came out super quick — everything was fresh and full of flavor. The margaritas were amazing (highly recommend!), and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Tania was our server and was top notch — she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Great service, great atmosphere, and all-around great vibes. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m not usually one to review places, but this was terrible. I reminded the waiter multiple times of my order and he just never put it in. We were about to get up and leave when the lights dimmed and a robot (person in a costume) covered in strobing lights came dancing through the restaurant. I understand this might be fun for some people, but I think most are there to eat and not be assaulted by flashing lights and blaring air horns. This was especially upsetting because I am epileptic and strobes can trigger a seizure (they didn’t today, luckily my medication is working)! I talked to the manager about how strobe lights are dangerous tor epileptics and they need to warn people if they are going to have these kinds of performances. He apologized and offered a discount. Then I was given a full price bill.
I want business owners to understand that you could literally kill someone with unannounced strobes. Let your customers decide to leave if you simply must have the flashing robot at dinner.

Satine and I came today and got yummy food! They came really quick with our drinks. Our server is very kind.
I ordered the chicken and cheese quesadilla and satine got cheese quesadilla and rice. The salsa was great and the queso dip was delicious!! All of the workers were so nice and helpful. Best mexican restaurant ever!

Edit: 10/29: most recent trip for take out there was a HUGE piece of onion peel in the taco. Definitely not something that could have been missed.

The food was really good, especially the aguachile. It was very spicy, but in a good way. It was full of flavor and definitely the standout dish for us.
On top of that, our waiter Reyna was super nice and made us feel very welcome. She was great with my whole family and kept everything easy and relaxed. Overall, a great experience and a place we’d happily come back to.

We went early on a week day so not busy at all. We got our food quickly and it was delicious! We loved the chips and salsa and our chicken taquitos! The young man Freddie serving us was super friendly and easy to talk to!
