Food and service is always great here. Very inviting and a great atmosphere. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ordered the Seafood Soup and thought it was good, I felt it was missing, crab, octopus, and clams. Sopa de Mariscos usually will have all those ingredients. Other than that, it’s always very good.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The food was packed with incredible flavor and perfectly seasoned. Our server, Faith, was an absolute delight, offering great recommendations for dishes to try. The fajitas were outstanding. We were also given beautifully framed souvenir photos, which added a special touch. It was truly a memorable night!

I enjoyed this place. It needs some updating, but the service was excellent, and the fajitas were very good. The combo included bacon wrapped shrimp and jalapeño sausage. It’s very tasty. Needed more veggies, only a few slices of green pepper and onions.

Love El Rancho. The staff is always professional and very nice – you can tell they enjoy working there. Why? Because great service starts by and ends with excellent management. The owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
The food is always 5 star!

We were greeted right away, received our chips and drinks right away. The girl said she’d come back to take our order since we weren’t ready. She came back like 7 minutes later. We placed our order, cheese enchiladas and fajitas. 30 minutes later, 2 apologies, the table next to us gets their food, 2 orders of fajitas. They arrived 15 minutes after us. Our waitress kept saying sorry and it would be right out. Another 15 minutes later, still nothing. I went to talk to the manager and he said that the waitress said we wanted to wait to take our order and I said but it’s been 45 minutes since we ordered. He didn’t say sorry, I felt like he just made excuses, blaming someone else. The lady next to us said that they only tend to their more frequent customers. One of the waitresses did give the other couple some pretty bad attitude and raised her voice at them. I felt embarrassed for them. We will not be back. It was one of the better Tex Mex joints we had been to

This place was so great! The enchiladas were definitely not lacking shrimp. I prefer the small ones since you can get a while lot more in a single enchilada. But what I loved almost more than the food was the service. The waiter was great, and you could absolutely tell that the manager cared about every single customer’s experience. You can’t beat people who feel like family! Can’t wait to come back!
